“My experience at Sumits 60 KC has been incredible. My Bikram studio closed a few years ago and I had couldn’t find a hot yoga studio I liked until now. The Sumits 60 series is fast moving and you get the benefits of the poses and a great cardio workout. The studio itself is clean, the facility maintains a perfect temperature and humidity for the classes. The instructors are all excellent and this studio has a very deep bench of passionate practice leaders. There are many options for classes each day which is critical, and the owners look to continuously improve the class schedule. I found an introductory and follow up pricing package that fit my needs. The team at Sumits 60 KC have built a nice community around their studio and each participant feels welcome and excited to practice Yoga at Sumits 60. “Orangetheory Fitness as a fitness brand is great, but the Lenexa location is top notch. The coaches created the positive workout environment, which is great. But to me what takes it above and beyond is the admin staff. The group of ladies that work up front are wonderful! They take the time to know each member's name and check in on how things are going. They seem to be invested in each member as an individual, despite how many of us there are. The members are also really encouraging to each other. We're all there for our own goals but interact with each other to encourage the group. It's truly a great workout environment. Workouts are general yet personalized at the same time because it's all heart rate based. Great model. Great experience!”

“Love the J! My family chose this gym because it fit our number one need... a fantastic kids program. I have an 18 month of with spina bifida and am always worried about who is watching him. Everyone of the employees at the daycare know Roman and know about him. That is super comforting to me. I also have a 3 year old little girl and 6 year old boy that always beg to go to the J. The work out facilities are always clean and there is RARELY a wait on equipment. Its also nice to always have a place to take a shower (with soap and towels), so I can go straight back to work. I refer everyone to them!”
