“Exceeds expectation! This place was so great to call home for 3 months. Every amenity you can think of. Clean and accommodating. Staff is amazing to work with. Even went direct to my site and let my dog out when dog walker didn’t show up. Pool and splash park very clean. Sauna and hot tub as well. Cafe on site was clean and delicious. On site mechanics are certified and unbelievably fast to help with any concern. Just a hop on the bus in the park to metro to DC or a short drive. Just down the road both ways are grocery stores, hardware stores and just about anything else you could need. Love this place.”

“River's Edge is an AirBnB Rental House. It's owed by a very nice Christian man. He is extremely hospitable. This property has 3 bedroom, 1 full bath, 2 half bath. In the bedrooms: 1Q, 1Q, 1 Full. A great Sunroom that can "act" as another room or "person cave." It's an older home that had been renovated. The owner lives in the area and not on the property. This house is right up the hill from National Harbor in a very quite residential community. I would recommend renting River's Edge and my family & I will definitely rent multiple times.”

“Three of the four rented bedrooms are in the lower level with a single shared bathroom and kitchen area. This leads the set up to feel more like a private dorm room with communal bathing and eating areas than a chic b&b. It's a nice, clean comfortable place to stay on business or personal travel but it's not a romantic hideaway and the rooms, which often lack windows, can get stuffy with only one person. The hosts were nice but unobtrusive. The pricing seemed fair for the area and accommodations.”

“The staff here is awesome!! They went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The handicap accessible room was great. The bathroom had all of the amenities I needed like a hand held shower head and a flip down shower chair in the roll-in shower. I am really impressed with the facilities at the Hilton and their attention to detail regarding wheelchair access. We prefer to stay with them when we travel.”

“Nice hotel, good service at front desk. They were great! The concierge lounge had terrible service. Not friendly at all. Went for breakfast and the scrambled eggs were cold, cold, cold. The burners were not even on under the food to keep it warm. Have to give a shout-out to our shuttle driver! He was amazing! Dropped us at Xfinity center, and then stayed at work an extra hour past his shift in order to pick us up. Nice guy.”

“I'm giving a 5-star solely on the customer service. Not that the hotel is bad in any way cuz it's not. The room was very nice & I have nothing bad to say about it or the property itself. I was, however, blown away by the service & would stay here again in a second! In the quick chat I had with the front desk, I mentioned I would be going to the MGM casino. The next morning, I woke to find a slip of paper under the door with a standard, typed out greeting of suggested things to do while staying at the hotel, but also, there was a handwritten note saying, "Enjoy MGM!". The fact that she remembered that & took the time to wish me luck was such a simple, subtle thing to do, but one that's made a huge impact!”
