  Brett was my salesperson and was very good. It was very busy on the Friday afternoon I was there. I wasn't his only customer but he still made me feel like I was being heard. Although they were under construction and working out of a trailer in the lot, it was still a good experience overall. Trade in values are high and I was able to get out of my lease with positive equity and into my new vehicle for less money down than I had anticipated. Definitely will be a return customer.

  Our experience shopping at Walser Polar Chevrolet was absolutely the best!!! Chelsey, our sales representative, covered everything we needed to know about purchasing our new 2020 Chevi Traverse! We got a great trade-in on our old vehicle along with whatever rebates and discounts they could find for us! We looked at several other dealerships, but came back to Polar and Chelsey’s wonderful customer care. She customized our order with all the accessories we wanted and answered any questions we had! We feel very comfortable calling her if we have any other questions as we get accustomed to our new vehicle! As senior citizens, we were a little nervous about the new technology but Chelsey was very patient with us and helped with any concerns we had! We are grateful for the excellent service we received from Walser Polar and highly recommend them and Chelsey for customers who are looking for a very pleasant car shopping experience to find the right vehicle for their needs without pressure to immediately buy!!!

  Hands down recommended Chelsey and Brett! They both helped us purchase a suburban and worked well together to make it smooth, fast and easy. Ended up needing to replace a car too, and Chelsey again went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, all questions answered, got everything I needed and wanted. Absolutely, no pressure just great service!

  Best experience we have ever had with a dealer. Bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from them and so far could not be happier. We worked with Mustapha, Chris and Austin (hope I spelled all of the names properly). All 3 were wonderful and they work together to make a great team. Each one kept the others informed as things progressed and it was pretty seamless. Everything we were told would be done, was done...and more! It was like they read our minds many times on what we wanted. Very fair offer for our trade in as well. There is no doubt we would recommend and buy from them again!

  I've used Walser Polar many times. Always had efficient service. Fairly good prices on services compared to other "smaller" mechanics. Recently, July 2020 into Aug 2020 they have been doing some major construction, but it hasn't affected services. At least services I have needed. Always provide inspection on general wearing of your vehicle and washing your car when they are not in the middle of construction.
