He will grind you a winning cam but he's not your sweet little ole mother or auntie . He's done all the work on my car and I wouldn't trust it with anyone else. Located in Nesbit, Ms. just off of I-55, his shop is easy to get to. He works on other Porsche models, 911's, 914's, 924's, 928's, 944's, speedsters...he has a vast knowledge on the older Porsche schematics...Five stars in my book. He's the "go.to.guy" if you have something on your older Porsche that needs fixed.”

“I needed my F-550 towed, which isn't an easy thing to have done. They dispatched Jason almost immediately. He did a fantastic job! “I needed tire service to either repair a flat or to buy a new tire. While Honda Auto Nation at Hks Crss couldn't see me until 6/22 (🥴) Sam's was willing to see me today at 8am (6/10). However, a busy week if appointments would not allow the delayed service. I appreciate the effort to see me though. It keeps Sam's Club HIGH on my list of places to shop. I was seen by Autonation on Covington Pike yesterday (following my Dr. appt) around 12:30. I bought 2 new tires and had my brakes flushed. Good customer relations in any business have their benefits. I appreciate Sam's for the effort. I got more from them, (by agreeing to see me 2 days later and unsure they'd have a tire for my car in stock) than the Walmart or Honda service center closest to me. Thanks Sam's Club Tire...you get 5 stars for your willingness to assist. 👍💞”

“I went to inquire about my tires after I had taken my car to Firestone for a courtesy check and was told all 4 tires were bad. Since the tires were purchased from Wal-Mart I took it back to let them check them. Joey was very attentive to my needs he listened for understanding and not just to respond. He repeated several times what I was saying to have a full understanding of what I wanted to do. He scheduled me an appointment for 03/18/2021 at 2pm to have the tires checked. When I arrived he knew who I was. As he began to explain what they were going to do a young lady name Lisa stepped in and gave him some different instructions. So I asked him why he couldn't do what he was explaining and he said she's the boss. So I said, Ms Lisa why they can't take the tires off she looked at me very stern however she was polite and explained why. She said I will have them look at your tires what kinda of car and color is it. I was a little frustrated but I didn't say anything, Ms Lisa came back in and said she was going to order me 4 new tires and said they would be in on Friday and told Joey to schedule me an appointment to have them installed on Sunday 03/21/2021. Today I arrived and Joey and Lisa provided world-class customer service. It didn't take long either. Mercer was really nice as well. When I got in my car it showed low tire pressure for 3 tires I asked him did I need to pull back in to get some air he said no they all have 35psi and it should reset just drive. Mercer was right it reset. My experience this time around was beyond my expectation. Thanks Lisa, Joey, and Mercer for the legendary customer service.”

“From start to finish the service was excellent. The estimate was made and in fact I got second estimate after just to keep um honest and J & S was $500 under the second estimate! They had to schedule me a few weeks out because they were so booked up (a good problem to have) but the day they set was the day they were ready. They found more damage once the outer panels were removed (which they warned me could be a possibility) and handled everything with my insurance...I had to do nothing. A massive snow storm hit (an anomaly no doubt) but they didn't miss a beat. They kept me up to date with each step and made the whole process completely effortless! The work was top notch and looked as if nothing ever happened (I'll be posting photos of a 2011 gray Ford Taurus) and really even better than when I bought v the car. This was the first time I've ever had to use a body shop for any reason and now feel very spoiled for happening across this one. James was especially cool to work with, very helpful, and informative. So if you're reading this and in need of a body shop at a more than reasonable price for exceptional quality then look no further. I'll 100% be back and highly recommend!”

“We had to get brakes and tires done and after having all the work done we still heard some sporadic squealing and grinding, was very hit or miss. We called them and they got it right in and couldn’t find anything, so we drove off and heard it again the next few days on and off. So we called again, and again they got it right in. Again they didn’t find anything but did a very thorough inspection at no charge to assure us that everything was good. For me it is not just the service performed but the “service” after the service that impressed me. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Thanks guys you are appreciated!!”
