“A great hike! Lots of parking to accommodate busy weekend traffic. Roundtrip to the lower lookout and back takes about 1.5 hours, depending on your fitness level (not more than that).”

“Amazing place to hike. Trail goes from Maine to Georgia in its entirety and is over 2000 miles long. Hiking this trail the entire way can be done in 6 months although some can do it quicker. The trail is well maintained and very beautiful. Highly recommend it.”

“Nice trail that takes you from a gravel road to walking across a metal grate bridge and along a cement wall for some exploration not typical of most trails. Not a long hike.”

“Brought my 1 year old here for the first time today. So glad I found this park! So many swings, slides, jungle gyms, open grassy areas to run around in, and an amazing sand pit. Not to mention all the toys - rocking horses, cozy coups, play kitchens, etc. Will be making the 20 min drive just to come here often. If only they had a splash pad, it would be perfect!”

“Beautiful views of the Hudson and the bridge, fun playground and swing set, and the spot for Sloop Club festivals. We have had birthday parties there and it's just a perfect vibe. Not usually crowded. A gem of Beacon.”

“I stayed here for several days, and no one figured out that I am the one true Big Foot. Would have liked wifi, but the setup is pretty primitive so you get what you get. For free -- 5 stars!”

“Breakneck Ridge is the best hiking trail in US if not the world. Medium difficulty but very rewarding with views at rest plateaus. Commanding views just get better the higher you go. Scouts and cadets love it. See mountains in distance with Hudson River in foreground. View of Breakneck on right from West Point.”
