“So, I have been going here for a number of years. The sales staff are decent - typical car sales, however, I feel as though they really try to offer a good experience and they generally do. I have also had the opportunity to deal with their service department. Sometimes for general service (oil changes, etc) and a couple warranty issues. I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating they were. At one point I had to interact with there service manager, Jim Alminda, and he was fantastic! I initially spoke with Jay, about his car and my car(s) until GUY (The owner) came back with the parts for my car. Not only did I get to see the job being done, I seen the new parts for my car arrive. Normally a job like that would be super pricey, but GUY gave me a sweet deal. Many dealers only care about the money but he cares about the CUSTOMER and the quality of his parts.
