I can attempt to describe the post card like scenery but it's best to experience wonders of this location yourself! Whether the beautiful blanketing of a snowfall, the awesome display of an autumn rainbow of leaves, or spring and summer greenery, you won't be disappointed with one of nature's most wonderful gifts! The lake is an enjoyable adventure for the whole family! Accessible by car or public transportation, it's a "must do" for all, especially nature lovers!”

“Very pleasant campground, beautiful area, really nice by the river. We stayed one night, tent camping. The site was roomy enough, but the neighbors were all partying till late. Granted it was a holiday weekend, but still didn't make it easy to get to sleep early. Main bathroom where the showers are was nice and clean. The bathroom by the tent sites needed some serious updates, but to be fair the toilets, urinals and sinks were very clean. We will be coming back to camp there again .”

Storm King State Park

Address: Mountain Rd, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520, USA

It's a fairly easy hike but I would *definitely* bring some sturdier shoes and expect to climb up a bunch of rocks. If you want to do a longer hike that is possible too but it's great for moderate hikers and those who have a bit more experience too.”
