“A beautiful park with art, trees, a gazebo lovely enough for a wedding. There's a very nice active play area as well. Sitting here, across from the Public Library and church with a bell tower is very relaxing. Dogs are also loving this park.”

“I came here as a kid in the 90s and early 2000s, came back again as a seasonal camper in 2019 and it just keeps getting better. There is always something for the kids to do; between the awesome playground, beach, weekly kids’ activities and crafts, BINGO, hayrides, bands, seasonal picnic, Christmas, Halloween, Haunted House, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, bonfire for Ring of Fire , etc. We always have so much fun! Super affordable weekend sights and seasonal camp sites. On calm days, you can launch your kayak or canoe at the boat launch. You can also launch your boat or jet ski at the private boat launch. I highly recommend Birch Haven!”

“One of NYC's premier Pro-Am basketball leagues is played here from late May to mid-August. Weekday games are at 6 pm. Weekend games start at 10 am, every 2 hours, and the last game starts at 6pm. The pick up games can be very entertaining as well. It's quick entertainment for the passers-by or a basketball fan.”

“If you are a novice, these trails are moderate with climbs. Take a walking stick/hiking pole, bug spray, and watch for exposed roots that can be trip hazards for youngsters. Take a good look at the trail maps because it can be confusing if you are unfamiliar with the area. It is worth taking the red trail if you want to see some beautiful waterfalls.”

“So i would give it a 5* if the bathrooms( porta potties) were clean...they were not amd one of them didnt lock. Other than that this place is a genius business and my kids had a blast!!! There is so much stuff to do. The bounce things were awesome, the bikes were super fun but a crazy leg workout, corn boxes felt awesome, the list goes on and on. I would very much recommend a cider slushie too!!! Now we went during the week and it was not busy at all as a matter of fact we may have been 1 of 2 familes there at one point. I hear the weekends are a mad house. But you should definitely check this place out....FUN!!!! FOR ALL AGES!!!!”

“Nice place to bring your family with your campers or just to enjoy alone. There is a lighthouse you can tour and get great views from the top but it is only open until 4pm. And also clean and nice bathrooms all around the park. It was extremely quiet there which seemed a little unusual but was very relaxing. There is also a beach down the road more and a marina. Would recommend for sunsets!”

“Awesome park with great woodland trails, pond, beaver dam, boardwalk over wetlands, and informational signs. Walking here you are deep in the woods but you are just next the airport! Fiddlestick ferns galore!”

“A National Treasure in the Heart of Albany this Amazing landmark mansion is an absolute delight! The gardens are open year round offering a beautiful green space for the urban surround. Magnificent views during fall and winter. The Board members are above and beyond passionately committed to the mansion and their preservation of it. A worthwhile place to endow your support.”

“Lee's Park Staff was absolutely awesome to work with, whenever I needed more firewood or help with anything with my campsite they were super accommodating and friendly. Saratoga has so much to offer with the natural water springs, mountain views or historic monuments that founded the United States as we know it today. The center of Saratoga where all the shops, bars and restaurants are located are thriving and filled with tons of activities for all age groups from bright in early to late night entertainment, and the best part it's only 10 minutes from Lee's Park. Hanaford's grocery store is the perfect spot to stop and get groceries for food and refreshments around your campsite, and it's only 4 miles away as well. Hands down one of my favorite places now to go camping, sun bathe- I mean burn, relax by the fire and just enjoy the beautiful picturesque sunsets. I will definitely be visiting again for the 4th of July! Cheers Y'all!”

“What a beautiful park to visit on a cold blustery day. We parked our car close to the lake and walked down to a bridge that crosses the lake. The lake luckily was frozen and we took the risk of standing over it. Pretty cool photo ops with this activity. There are some beautiful houses nearby as well. I really love the historical architecture paired with the beauty of nature.”

“Excellent time to visit the park since it's still cool there are not a ton of people out but the park is awesome. Been coming to this park for years and it's just as great as the first time I went. Highly recommend as a great place to walk trails, play sports or do other outdoor activities.”

“Beautiful park for walking thru a forest to a gem of a beach. Great for fishing or sunning. Area has lake front as well as creek front areas and access to the west pier along the creek[oak orcjatd] that leads into lake Ontario. No swimming, or l9fgia4ds, but boat launch available.”

“It's a beautiful well maintained little park. There is a butterfly garden which I'm sure will be nice in the warmer weather (we were there in February). There are also a couple of old homes/mansions but you can only look at them for me outside. It is however, quite small. There is only one trail to walk on and it's less than a mile. Other than a preschool class who are gathered in a little grassy area, they were very few people there on a Monday afternoon. Note: In searching the web before going, I had seen that dogs were not allowed. However that is incorrect. Dogs are allowed as long as they are on leash, they even have stations at the entrance with poop bags.”

“Easy access to the site. Able to drive right up. Bathrooms are pretty clean but not dividers between toilets. Water tastes a bit funny but doesn't make you sick. You can swim in the lake near by and lots of hiking trails nearby. It's not pricey and well worth it. Sites are spread out so your not on top of your neighbors.”
