“Highly recommended! The line looks scary and long, but the service is actually really quick! I started at the back of the line with about 16+ people in front of me, and ended at the cashier within 10 minutes. Food and quality is really great, tastes fresh and delicious and overall a yummy meal. Definitely a highlight was the service, everyone was super friendly and patient and made the experience so much better. I'd recommend if you have more than 30 minutes to kill, then make sure to go here as you'd want to take your time and enjoy the food!”

“I had a layover today in Charlotte airport after having spent the last few nights sitting with a very ill relative at a Miami hospital, my back was killing me, neck too, and of course sitting on a plane didn't help it. I decided to get a 45 minute table massage (fully clothed). My therapist was Makeisha, and let me tell you, she was worth every penny and more. Was it a little pricey? Yes. Would I do it again? Without a doubt! I'd even schedule a layover intentionally to see her. If you take my advice, you will too and when she asks if you want a head/face massage, say YES! I had no idea how much stress I was carrying there. She totally blessed me today.”

“After being delayed in Chicago on our flight to Charlotte,N.C., from California, my husband and I arrived in Charlotte well after midnight. After retrieving our luggage, we immediately went to the National rental desk to pick up our rental car. The counter was closed but an agent at the adjacent rental counter advised us to continue to the National pickup location, which we did; it was also unoccupied, but as we had done on earlier occasions, we simply chose an appropriate vehicle and proceeded to the exit gate, immediately obtained approval, and proceeded on our way to our motel and checked in about 2:30 AM. We love the National rental process!!!! Thank you.”

There were associates on every aisle asking to help you and saved you valuable precious time when shopped there, well that is how Alamo has stepped up their game. “The team at this Hertz location recently saved the day after a return trip from Costa Rica which involved several delays and a rerouted flight home through Miami customs. We arrived in Charlotte at 2am and the location stayed open (usually closes a midnight) so we could drive home (we had missed our connection back to Asheville!). Thank you Mikel and crew for being not only at the location but smiling and courteous. It was very appreciated. Note to passengers...always put your flight number on your reservation. That is how they know when your flight is late!”

“This was my first time visiting Charlotte, NC. The trip was seamless, I reserved my car prior to leaving. I gave them my flight number and when I was to arrive. Got off the plane, went directly to Enterprise, which was located in the airport...5 minutes later, I got a really nice 2018 Chevy Impala that was sporty and roomy. Drove 3 miles, checked into my hotel! Seamless! And I paid less than they quoted me for the rental! I love Enterprise Rental!”
