“I'm so happy. I looked at Lowe's, home Depot and even Ferguson in Gastonia. I had trouble finding this shower stem even online! Ferguson recommended this place and the woman working here was very friendly and knowledgeable, she looked at my part and within 5 seconds had it in my hand, I couldn't believe it! When I spoke with her she said this place has been here over 70 years and she and the other employee have decades of experience between them. The store is hidden and doesn't currently have a sign on the road, it's BEHIND the rim shops off the main road (see video). Even though I live in Gastonia I will gladly return to this location for my future plumbing needs. It's open from 8-5 m-f and sat 9-1 closed on Sunday. It looks like they close a little earlier in the winter time. You do not need to be a plumber to come here, I'm just a regular Joe.”
