“I had my initial evaluation today with Amanda at Balanced Physical Therapy and can not recommend her and her business highly enough. My appointment started on time and each minute of my session was productive towards assessing and addressing my injury. Amanda methodically worked through the assessment process while communicating with me what she was doing and why. It gave me a great understanding of what was going on and what needs to be done. She is an excellent listener and was compassionate and focused throughout the assessment. At the end of the session, I was given home exercises to do between sessions that are do-able, make sense and was given access through her app to videos of each one to ensure I do them correctly on my own. The office space is clean, large and offers every device and tool necessary right there. Amanda is a kind, knowledgeable and dedicated physical therapist. You can easily tell this is her true passion and she excels in it. Also, Nicole made the paperwork, scheduling and billing completely stress free. Again, Balanced Physical Therapy is the place to go for a comprehensive, effective and friendly physical therapy experience!”

“I loved Dr. Villanueva and his team. Front end staff was nice and attentive. My walk back was very nice, and Dr. V asked all the right questions to understand my problem. He explained the diagnosis in a way I could easily understand and feel comfortable with. We decided on surgery, so I was talked through the prep, procedure, recovery and expected results. I was assigned to his assistant and provided information to call if I had additional questions. I did, and called twice, getting a live human who reviewed my information and explained things. A week before the surgery, I was contacted by a nurse, who asked me a thorough round of questions related to my health and daily activities. On the day of surgery, I was checked in quickly, only waited for a short time, and was taken back, where I was prepped by a great team of nurses, greeted and asked more questions by the anesthesiologist who told me what to expect. Dr. V followed and explained things again to me, and my wife who was present, providing details about postoperative care. I was wheeled back shortly thereafter, and things went well and were over in an hour or so. I woke up in the care of a nurse, checking from the anesthesiologist and Dr. V wrapping back around to check on me. Seriously, an exceptional experience in the care of a kind doctor and staff.”
