“I had an emergency with my neck muscles being so tight that I could not turn my head The office staff were able to work me in for an appointment during my lunch hour, which was very appreciated. The physical therapist performed an intake of my current problem before beginning manipulation and massage. He was able to resolve some of the muscle stress on my connective tissue immediately so that I had some range of motion before my session was over. He gave me exercises to do and watched me perform them to ensure that I was doing them correctly. Every staff member I encountered was very polite, friendly and professional. Over this two-week span, the exercises have helped resolve the muscle tension and I can move my head freely. Thank you, Tanas Physical Therapy! I highly recommend this practice.”

I've only had a total of two sessions but I can definitely see more improvement with those two sessions than I've had in the 18 months with this stupid injury. Worth every freaking penny and more. “I have been a patient at a number of different physical therapy facilities here in NC, as well as in other states and Aquatic Physical Therapy & More is by far my favorite facility, with my favorite therapists and I truly wish I had not waited so long to try them out. What's different? First and foremost, I am comfortable with every single staff member - they are professional, know what they are doing, are friendly and truly make you feel at home. They actually take an interest in you and are truly there to help and that has not always been my experience with other companies. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is professional, yet comfortable. The pool and the underwater treadmill are AWESOME and can be real game changers. I was initially extremely hesitant and self conscious about the idea of aquatic PT and potential embarrassment as I am NOT comfortable in any type of swim attire, but the pool is small, the staff and other patients are friendly and not at all judgmental, and this is the perfect type of PT for me and my long suffering knees. The pool is a comfortable temperature and there is a hot tub you can relax in for a bit afterwards. The maximum amount of patients in the pool (which is more of a large tank) is about 4, but there are usually 2 or 3 people at a time, but sometimes you luck out and have the pool all to yourself. I have just graduated from using only the pool to also using the gym facilities/machines, and I enjoy that as well. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to going to PT. I have been here since October 2019, and have loved it. I should also note that they have been especially careful about cleanliness during Covid 19, and I feel very comfortable continuing with my PT during this time. I really recommend that you give them a try!”

“Perfect if you need a shot. Last year, went to my regular doctor, and although I only wanted to get a flu shot, they told me I'd have to wait about 2 hours since I hadn't seen the doc in a year. Nope, not happening, not waiting that long just for a shot, so I left, came home, and made an online appointment with MinuteClinic. Went to CVS within a few minutes of my appointment, was promptly taken, shot was done and over with. This year, I needed the shot again and went straight for MinuteClinic. Again, showed up within a few minutes of my scheduled time slot, and I was again in and out promptly. No brainer; it's where I will get my yearly shot. I wouldn't really substitute a sick visit with MinuteClinic, only because my doctor has my entire history, which spans 50 years, but that's just me...”

“For the money this is a great place to stay. It is very convenient to just about everything in Raleigh. I like the modern atmosphere and the fact that you can get a beer right in the lobby. The included breakfast left a lot to be desired but this was the result of the pandemic restrictions on what could be served. All the employees were very nice and I was especially pleased that Housekeeping found my very expensive eyeglasses and held on to them until I could return. This was my second stay at this location and I will definitely be back.”
