“We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. “To give you the whole story, I changed the suspension on my BMW myself. I borrowed the tool from Advance to compress the spring and was not able to use the tool (I think because I had sports suspension it needed to be compressed more than usual). I literally drove around for hours looking for a shop that would assemble the front strut for me because I couldn't even out the old strut back on without compressing the spring. Bimmer performance center required the car to be there before they could install the springs (how does that make sense?). I went to a shop that tried to compress it and flat out lied to me and said the machine couldn't go anymore (it was only halfway) and stated they didn't want to hurt themselves and couldn't stop saying how I should've just brought it to them before I took it off. They finally sent me away after wasting an hour of my time. I stopped by Janko Imports and they told me they could definitely try. The tried tool after tool until they decided to use the same wall mounted machine the other place stopped using. They kept going until they were able to compress the spring enough to install. Overall they were able to complete a task nobody else I took it to could. I also paid a very fair rate as it did take a full hour to get this done. Thanks to the guys at Janko Imports for your hard work and I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them.”

“I got my 2008 Honda Fit from Cardinal Auto Sales in early 2018 with about 113K miles on it and haven’t had any major problems since. It was about $5,650 including tax. The only issues I’ve had with this car are that the ignition coils have occasionally gone out on me (1-2 of them at a time), but it’s a known issue with that generation of the Fit. We’ve fixed all 4 ourselves for about $40 in parts (ordered from Amazon) and YouTube videos. ;) Other notable things regarding my (and other friends’) experiences with Cardinal Auto Sales is that 1) they don’t pressure you, 2) you can use a debit card to make your purchase—one less trip to the bank!—and 3) they work with integrity. The left mirror didn’t move with the automatic buttons before I bought the car, and when we pointed it out to them, they offered to have the necessary part shipped in and repair it for no extra cost. Very happy with the experience here!”
