“On the first day I met Dr. Brennan, he is extremely professional and asked many questions to get to know me so I felt welcomed like I can relax and tell him about my goals. He listened and told me that based on my scores for a diagnosis he said I have ADD and later learned I have generalized anxiety, so he gave me a book to read, that I don’t know if I can release the title but if I can; provide input on reply page. I had trouble speaking and was anxious I felt I couldn’t be understood then after medicine and counseling I learned that I can function better and form complete sentences focus and control my life instead of always feeling anxious if I say something wrong. Thank you all including the friendly staff that understands patients.”

You can use the pool but you have to have a staff member escort you to open it. No daily housekeeping. Etc. Regardless, I am thoroughly enjoying my 3 night stay.”

The breakfast my first day was just cold cereal (not thrilled), but the second day made up for it because one of the staff members was making hot breakfast choices by request. I'm sure during covid they were overwhelmed and it's hard to give your best service under those conditions so I'm sure that was the reason for the bad reviews. . I was in excruciating pain and needed an EKG. To my surprise everyone was wonderful! I forget the NP last name but her first name is Jamie. She was great. Very understanding and kind. EKG was good and we discussed medication to help. The next day all the pain was gone. I am so thankful for Jamie And the staff there.”

The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable it has an at home slash business feel. My heat wasn't working and they wanted to give me another room but I liked my room and was willing to wait until Monday for maintenance to come to fix it. I just requested to extra blankets. I received those from the kindest housekeeping staff I haven't encountered in a long time. Then the front desk calls me to tell me they were sending maintenance to my room to fix the heat. I was so impressed because I didn't mind waiting at all but he came fixed the heat and I'm grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond for me but I didn't mind waiting at all.”

The front desk staff were professional, friendly, always called me by name and were very accommodating if I needed something or when I had to change my schedule. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not being served due to COVID-19 but there was always coffee and juice available. The rooms are quiet and I never heard noise from other rooms. It is also situated near numerous restaurants, and a walmart. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.”

It was hot, inexpensive, and fresh! This was my first time visiting Red Robins, but it won't be my last! The decor was reflective of what a bar would or should look like and it was aesthetically appealing because of all the artwork, tv monitors (with sports playing), and a full fledged bar! It was such a clean and relaxing environment! I wholeheartedly recommend this location! The service was fast, intuitive, and accommodating! Having a kiosk to place orders, pay for my tab, and make use of to keep me entertained was absolutely brilliant!”
