“A clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. We appreciate having a kitchen on our trips, this one was stocked OK (though the dishwasher was not working well). The rooms are good sized, even with the sofa bed open. The water pressure in the shower is acceptable, never hurts to have more. ? During Covid-19 there were signs everywhere about the extra cleaning. Breakfast was take away, but delightfully they also had warm breakfast.”

“Home is always where you park it! We love it here at Cooper’s RV Park! It’s quite here. The neighbors are nice people & so very helpful! David, the owner, keeps his park clean & tidy! He always makes passes to check on everyone & he cares for his park! The rates are very fair. The view is beautiful! Since I am a Texas girl, I am not crazy about the weather but it is winter so this is to be expected. I cant wait until summer!”

“Had some last minute out of town guests. I booked them a room here. The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly. We just had an issue with one of the front desk staff but the person who came in after was willing to help us out. All in all, I would use this hotel again.”

“The location is fantastic. Close to Crumbl cookies, the movies, shopping and good restaurants. The zoo is a convenient distance away. It is a safe area and the town of Dublin is very, very clean and pleasant. There is plenty of convenient parking. The facility was very clean and as my kids said- smelled like a hospital - disinfectant clean. The room was clean and bathroom well maintained. The toiletries were too cute! :) The breakfast was good- lots of options and definitely filling. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed here again on our way back. And the experience was excellent the second time around as well. Pam was very helpful, friendly and efficient.”

“I feel so bad I took so long to write this, but we stayed here while evacuating from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida and it was the BEST place we stayed in three weeks. The staff was amazing, especially Kathy/Cathy (sp?). She told us all about the area and answered any questions we had in general. The hotel was super clean and is dog friendly as well. Kathy kept the coffee hot and flowing even though some other guest’s children kept trying to drink at all. If we are ever up in Smyrna again, I would not hesitate to stay at this great hotel with all the amenities you could ever ask for. Thanks again and hope you are all well!”

Management is friendly, polite and educated. Its a quiet place. Location in my opinion is the best. 10 min from the beach in both directions Clearwater Beach and Tampa !!!”

“We’ve stayed at the Grandover a couple of times. It seems out of place when you drive up, but the rooms are very nice with great bedding and amenities. Staff is great. Food is now a little limited with COVID, but still good. The best thing about the Grandover is the steps they have taken to be environmentally responsible. One of the few places with paper straws and better materials for food containers.”

“When I found out my household had lice I was stressed and freaking out. I went in a Mel took care of us. She was very knowledgeable about lice and their habits. She offered pleasent conversation and assured we would not be back and that we were lice Free. Walking out of there I felt a sense of relief and Mel made my bad day better and kept me happy even while I was freaking out in the chair. Let's just say it was worth going in and just spending the money rather then trying to do it myself.”

“My family and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a 5 star experience! The AC in our home went out unexpectedly and before we knew it the house was extra hot. Upon arrival to the hotel, my husband was visibly unwell due to the heat. Shawn was at the front desk and immediately became concerned. Without question, he jumped into action pulling together beverages to help my husband stay hydrated and assuring us over and over that if we needed anything to please call. He also took the initiative to offer a late check out, which we really appreciated. This was our first time staying here and although we live locally, we will definitely be back! Thank you Shawn for your amazing customer service, hospitality and charm.”

“I totally loved the room very elegant but I didn't like having to walk all the way to the front whenever we parked on the side. The room key card does not work on the side door forcing you to walk to the front. Also didn't like having to switch my key cards everyday of my stay. But for the great service and elegant rooms I still give 5 stars.”
