“I got my nose pierced by Lilith back in December 2020. I had my nose pierced back in college so I went into the appointment thinking I knew what to expect. Lilith by far blew all of those expectations right into outer space. 1. Booking- so easy and simple. Was able to book an appointment with my friend and I at the same time. 2. Studio- whoa! It’s seriously beautiful. So clean, inviting and comforting. 3. Piercing- practically painless. She was very gentle. Walked through the procedure very thoroughly and very patiently. She will answer any and all questions you have and will not start until you are ready. Plus she has an awesome selection of jewelry to choose from. My friend and I found exactly what we wanted. 4. Healing- my nose has healed beautifully. She explains how to keep it clean and possible issues. Most importantly she stresses that she is there for you if you have any problems and to not hesitate to contact her. 5. Lilith- she loves her work and cares about her clients. It shows. She was warm, welcoming and friendly. When I first had my nose pierced (from a highly recommended studio) I was told where it was going and had no say in it. Lilith gave me options and let me decide! We tried a few placements out before choosing the best. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to have a piecing done!”

“I love this grocery store!!🥰🥰Always clean and fully stocked. The employee's are so nice. One saw that I looked like I needed help finding something, and took the initiative to help me. You usually have to ask customer service elsewhere, but not at this super friendly grocery store. The cart storage in the parking lot is planted with flowers. I felt welcomed and excited to shop even before I entered the store. Just to add to the amazingness of this store, I shopped day before Thanksgiving.🥰🥰 They had it together.”

“For nearly 50 years we have used the offerings of Home Depots service, supplies and advice needed for our fixer upper and various new builds In Illinois, the Upper Peninsula and current in North Carolina. Here we have used the stores located in Garner and Knightdale. All was well until we purchased some appliances and was offered a discount on the purchase if we acquired their credit card. It offered a $100 gift card which came after the due date and was actually a varied gift card, that being a $25 gift card, or a $50 gift card or a $100 gift card depending on the value of your purchased cost. Besides this misrepresentation, while we waited for payment notification we incurred a late payment notice when no notice was ever sent. Contacting the credit department we had this late fee removed and we were told that additional payments needed to be made on line, and they blamed the store employee for misstating the manner of used of the credit card. Our purchase is done as we now wait for delivery. Of delivery, we made a purchase in February and was advised that it’s delivery was to be the first of March. The delay as others have been associated with this ongoing pandemic. Of the delivery date, we gave instructions and waited. As we waited, we saw the delivery truck pass our subdivision to then get a call that he missed the turn. When told to just turn around, we received a follow up call that the truck was on our street but could not locate our address. A text message was received from the delivery service stating that if delivery was not made within 10 minutes the driver was directed to precede to his next stop. A second delivery date was made to were only received one of the two items purchased and was advised that they could not find this other purchase. We were later informed that our appliance was damaged as we would be contacted by the manufacture for its replacement now scheduled for the first week in April. If you are considering using Home Depot’s credit card and service you have been warned.”

I knew exactly what I wanted (tile, shower, vanity, etc.) but Dan even suggested a shower niche and open shelves. The niche is the perfect size for all of our shower essentials and the open shelves are perfect for the small size of the bathroom. They even took out a living room closet to extend the bathroom since it’s the only bathroom in the house. My husband even calls our bathroom “so fancy” because it just looks so good. The before and after pictures will leave you speechless. Dan DiFranco definitely goes above and beyond and does such a great job. Thank you Dan and team!!!”

“Hello everyone: I connected with Robert of A1 back in February 2020, for a television installation/wall mount, with a soundbar. Robert explained most that I needed to know in our first phone conversation and at that time, we set a date and time for the install. Once I spoke with Robert, I was at ease with the decision I had made with choosing him for the install. On the scheduled date of the install, Robert arrived on time and ready to go. Once he saw the television, he was well aware of the brand and he commenced to explaining more than I probably needed to know about the television. I could've gone with the big box store for the install. But, I probably wouldn't have received the personal service that I received from Robert. The install looks terrific and he took his time to explain key functions before he left. He made sure that everything was clean and picked up before leaving too. Comparing A1 to the big box store's, his price was compatible and their service was excellent. I'd highly recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future.”
