I visited Snap Fitness on Rt 59 in Kent on Jan. 25th. I was impressed by the amount of equipment available for any kind of workout you can imagine. I am a male age 66, in reasonably good physical condition. I went there in response to their 6 Week Challenge post on Face Book. I'm on the fence regarding the 6 Week Challenge. I was told they do Silver Sneakers for seniors. That would give me 24/7access to the facility but no programs. Overall it looks like a well maintained modern workout facility.

Visiting the area from out of town and looked for a place to get a couple of workouts in. Beth responded to my email quick. I came a couple days later to meet with Beth to get a guest pass. She was super friendly and showed me the equipment and let me go onto my workout. They had all of the equipment I normally use and I even tried some that my local gym didn’t have. Thanks to Beth and Snap Fitness. Will be my spot for when I am in town visiting.

The owners are very nice and knowledgeable. Facilities are kept very clean, as well as well stocked on the wipes. Great selection of free weights, machines, and studio space to accommodate whatever exercise you need. Owners are also very quick to respond. 24/7 is great as well.
