(December 22, 2022, 7:24 am)I have been a member of Sequoia wellness center for 5 years. I am very pleased. Sequoia is not just a gym but a well rounded health center.
Last month I signed up for the personal nutrition classes. Chrys was my coach. She helped me measure the nutritional values of the foods I was eating. It was eye opening. As a result, I started eating with nutrition in mind instead of calories. This change in my diet, has given me more energy to do the things I love. Thanks Sequoia and Chrys! -

(December 10, 2022, 9:41 pm)I’ve been member for a year in half. Love the staff . Very helpful willing to help you with whatever goals that you need to meet. Warm therapy pool, lap pool, plenty of classes , free weights, rock climbing.

(November 11, 2022, 3:34 pm)Plenty of up kept exercise equipment and weights. Friendly, professional staff. Also, I like that televisions are not set on political channels, yay!!! Members need to do a better job of picking up after themselves. Great facility.
