“Excellent and professional customer service at Pucher's-Westlake from designer Tamara, installers Tom and Chad, and seamstress Ann. With twenty windows to cover the service included measurements, basic counseling, fabric treatment, and installation (blinds, shutters, box valance, and sheer curtains). The process also involved a number of back-and-forth communications by email and by phone. In regard to these exchanges I feel it is important to mention how pleasant and courteous Tamara has been all along, coordinating everything, and always corresponding back in a timely manner. She even completed on our behalf a product rebate application, rebate that was granted to us by one of the manufacturers following our purchase. In addition, we must thank all the Pucher's-Westlake team members for working together expeditiously despite the busy holiday period to deliver and install everything before Xmas as we had hoped. The total invoice turned out to be pricier than budgeted initially, however the entire experience has been a charm with everything going so smoothly and the end result being so awesome that, in the end, it was worth the extra money. Overall, great satisfaction! Thank you so much!”

We felt absolutely no pressure to leave with anything. She was so accommodating and made sure we found something we really wanted and had all the information we needed before we left. She even threw together yet another custom option and sent pics of fabric swatches, just to make sure the order was perfect, when we called back the next day and had changed our minds on color. I can definitely see us going back for other pieces of furniture in the future.”

“I am so impressed with our entire experience at Original Mattress Factory. My mom purchased an electric bed a few weeks ago. We have had a whirlwind of events happen since purchasing the bed and have had to ask a few times to change the delivery date. They have accommodated every time, and with a pleasant attitude. My dad has been in the hospital for almost a month and we found out today that he is being discharged tomorrow. The bed coincidentally is being delivered tomorrow. He is coming home at 12 and is bedridden so we had to have the bed by 12. My mom called and basically begged for them to let her be first on their delivery list. They said they would have to call her back. They called later and told us they rearranged the schedule so we could be first on the list. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Original Mattress. You are a lifesaver. Edit: The delivery drivers were rude. We spoke to one a few times, thanking him for coming and changing the route. He did not even acknowledge we spoke to him. The next one came in and we did the same. Again, did not acknowledge us. They went in and put the beds together. We tried to speak again and they had no bedside manner at all. Still five stars for our experience with Gregg at Hilliard. He was amazing.”

“Erika is a very honest and hard working individual. She was very Covid safe. She dropped off fabric guides at my house and than gave us the price on the 5 fabrics that we liked. I gave her the measurements, got scared that I messed up and she helped me with measuring. She was in the neighborhood so she measured for me which was super helpful. The seat cushions came out amazing. They are above and beyond restaurant quality. They finished the look of eat in kitchen. Erika even gave us the extra fabric back.
