“Turns out our norcold refrigerator (15 years old) was shot. Jeff clearly explained the situation and our options. Since we have a pending trip, time was of the essence, and because of Jeff’s parts knowledge he knew exactly where to get the new boiler with in a week. The installation went smooth and we were again back on the road. The refrigerator has never ever worked so good. Way to go JEFF and Sandy for your outstanding customer service.”
