“We started with Emler Plano when my daughter turned 3.5 months and we still go there every week. For the past 2 years we have had the same teacher (Becky) who is beyond amazing! she is so professional, really cares about the kiddos and lets the babies decided their pace. My daughter would go underwater just fine but suddenly out of the blue she just didn't want to. she would cry and scream, so Ms. Becky took a few steps back and started her from step one, before we knew it, my daughter was going underwater again! Front desk staff if so great! so understanding! Jasmine is our family favorite! She really cares about her families and their experience, she provides excellent customer service and will make you feel so comfortable! Overall I have no complains, my daughter loves, we love it!”

“I showed up on Kutter’s Friday (Manager) at 6:23 pm, just 7 minutes before closing time. I apologized and his response was that he always puts himself in the place of the patient on the other side of the counter. Needless to say, he was so friendly and eased all my stress over arriving there on time. All this is without mentioning that he is extremely skillful at drawing blood samples! Feel free to ask him any questions you may have— he is very knowledgeable and will answer with thoroughness. The costs of tests are not only competitive, but beyond affordable!
