“Our room was very spacious. The kitchen area was nice, a full size fridge and a nice dishwasher with utensils and dinner ware. The shower pressure was great. The room had a weird smell the first day but maybe I got used to it. The sink could use a nice cleaning around the edges but overall it the bathroom was clean. My sheets had a stain on it and it was changed when I requested. Nice size TV. It was a very quiet stay, did not hear a lot of noise so not sure if its due to covid or if the flooring are great I could not hear neighbors. Lobby and elevators were nice and seemed new. The Pool area looked great with a nice patio area. Everyone was nice.”

“If you are ever in the Farmersville Texas area and get a chance to stay at Lakeland RV Ranch, don't pass it up. It is a beautiful place with horses, goats, chickens, ducks, a stocked pond and laundromat. It is set up like a little old-fashioned Ranch and I used to feel like I lived in Disney World. Michelle, Alan and John are exceptional. They are easy to rent from and they are always working around the ranch to improve it. We found the people staying there to be extremely nice but they did not bother you. And then the best part of all is in October when they have their music festival. It really brings the town together. This really is a unique place and the prices are good. We lived here for 9 months and would have stayed except we got an opportunity to return to our home state and be around family.”

The builder lead answered all of our questions and drove all issues to a proper resolution. We also enjoy working with the warranty guy post closing. “This is the first time I ever walked into a doctors office and felt comfortable. The front office staff are super friendly. I was greeted with a warm smile and a lovely hello. The nurse that tool me back and did my preliminary checks was funny, and helped to continue to put me at ease. Doctor Doug came in and I was put at ease almost instantly. Never once did I feel judged. I met a someone who cared and help educated me. The most important thing was he LISTENED. “This hotel is among the cleanest of the Hilton Garden Inns that I've visited. I've stayed here several times for work and actually like it better than the huge Hilton Convention Center in Frisco. The bar tender and kitchen staff were the best of all the help, getting me food to eat before I left for night shifts at the hospital. I had breakfast one morning and it was cooked to order. Two of the three front desk staff that I dealt with were exceptional, both women. One I think was Deidra Castro, intelligent woman showed excellent leadership skills.”

The property all around is Tranquil and I appreciate the upkeep of the grounds and the fact that there is a bus stop for the students to gather. The staff is Phenomenal and it gives us great pleasure and warm welcomes when we have to take a trip to the Leasing Office. “Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. All areas are clean and open. Although I did not use the pool, it looked very inviting. Stayed in the Deluxe King room which was clean and comfortable. Bathroom has a large mirror and shower. The power, including the A/C, will not operate without the room card placed in a holder by the door. Will be staying at the Drury Plaza again when in the Dallas area!”
