The customer service was outstanding! On moving day the 3 guys that showed up we’re extremely professional. My husband and I were impressed on how quickly they were able to get everything wrapped and loaded. They even were running between each trip! These guys work so hard! They really took care of all of our things and even helped us put things together when we moved into our house! Not to mention they are reasonably priced and fast! First, I was told the pull on my credit would be a soft pull, turned out to be a hard pull, not a huge deal but worth pointing out the difference. Second, we were told we couldn’t sign up for insurance on our phones since we didn’t buy them there but after downloading the app I was able to add it to both of my lines.”
