“I just completed Icon Gym’s 6 week challenge and would recommend this program to anyone wanting to jumpstart their fitness journey. Dave’s workout sessions each week were fun yet challenging. So much so that the hours just flew by in the gym. My personal favorite was the tank. His nutrition plan was also easy to follow and a far cry from a meal deprivation plan. In fact, I would say the hardest part of the program was making sure I ate everything I needed to each day. I have always heard people saying that it was best to eat your way to good health, but I never truly believed it until now. Today, I can say with certainty, that you CAN eat well and still lose weight and gain muscle. Thank you for your support and guidance Dave! Your 6 week challenge was inspirational. Well, my kiddo asked for the millionth time if we could check it out so we emailed Kickers and got an immediate response from Ashley. I was already pleased with the quick response and imagine my excitement when I found out how affordable it was! Best part is they are open when LCPS is closed and they even open for snow days if they can get to the daycare. They have great hours for after school care and are so nice. My son builds confidence daily and I don't have to worry about him when he gets out of school. Love this place!”
