“Dr. Kaur is the BEST! I am a new patient as I just moved to Arlington and needed to switch dentists. I was recommended to her by my oral surgeon when I got my wisdom teeth out last year. She is so thorough. I had a check up and cleaning and this is the first one I’ve had that the doctor actually did the cleaning (and the assistant did the polishing). She went through each of my teeth and told me about the tooth (what work she could see I’ve had done, if any). It was such a pleasant experience. Both the doctor and her staff are so kind and welcoming. I had a root canal today and the whole experience was very. They made sure I was comfortable. Best of all, it took less than an hour. They also have a memory ship program that if u pay a flat fee, for the rest of the year you get 20% off all procedures and cleanings. The cost of this fee pretty much equals the cleaning/exam fee. It’s a great deal I have never found anywhere else. Everyone needs to see this dentist!”

I was referred to Cara through a mentor and received my USAW level 1 & 2 soon after joining. Coming to my weekly group session at CHFP is a major highlight of my week and the other members provide a strong sense of community and motivation. Since regularly training the Olympic lifts, I feel the strongest and most mobile I’ve ever been. Being new to Olympic weightlifting, I am satisfied with the amount of progress and understanding I’ve gained. Cara’s skill for coaching transcends weightlifting as she is truly a master at effectively communicating with and getting to know the person in front of her. As the fitness director of my company, I can’t recommend Cara and CHFP enough if you’re looking to safely learn how to Olympic lift and enhance yourself on a multitude of levels!”
