“Roughly 3 months ago I picked up a Mercedes E350 from these guys. I had been looking for about 2 weeks for one that wasn't abused. They were professional and the car was clean as a whistle. It also drove well. I wanted to ensure I wasn't going to have any sudden issues so I asked to take it to the Mercedes dealership and get it checked out. Even though the dealership was all the way in Bellevue they allowed me to take it, no questions asked. On top of that, they didn't push me in any direction to purchase a car from them. I prefer to browse the selection without being bothered and I was left to do just that. I've had one or two issues with it but I think its just typical car stuff that comes up when a car is ready to give you a problem. Overall a good experience and I'd highly recommend Auto Car Zone.”

“Great experience! I had a Liebherr refrigerator that needed to be repaired. I called to make an appointment and At Your Service was booking a few weeks out. I was concerned that they would come look and then I would have to wait again for the part to be ordered. Not the case. They called in advance to confirm the part and I sent a picture of what needed to be repaired. The tech showed up on time with the correct part and repaired the refrigerator. Well worth the wait. I was thrilled with the professional experience and my refrigerator is now fully functional again! Thank you.”

“Very friendly and quick. Trucks were very clean and in great condition. The car trailer was an issue tho. The jack was located poorly to where we had to our own jack because the handle of the mounted jack was directly under the car so once u load the car u cannot raise nor lower the trailer. That was extremely time costly. The other trailer we rented here didn't have this issue which i find interesting.”

“Great location with lots of variety in food and beverage. Easy access and you can park in the garage and they validate up to two hours. The area is somewhat scenic and next to a marina so you walk by the water and enjoy. The staff treated me well and were kind. I only ordered hot tea and it was very soothing. They had quite a bit of merchandise and gear available for purchase. Restroom was clean and available. They have indoor and outdoor seating but outdoor can be comprised by rain. Indoor environment was great and the other patrons were respectful. I would go back to this location and I did get a good amount of work done while I was there. Thanks!”

She’s easy going and fun but this woman gets stuff done. Once we handed over contact info for our vendors and wedding party, Jelena completely took the reins and made sure everything was handled. And, she’s super cool and prepared for everything- we needed some last minute dress fixes as well as had a guest that needed some outfit repairs after dancing too much.
