“I have used All Purpose Plumbing on multiple occasions, always for different concerns/leaks/problems, and they are SO professional. The plumbers come uniformed, which I always find reassuring when letting someone into our home. They are always kind, respectful, take their shoes off, explain what the problem and solution are, give a good faith estimate, and always communicate if there’s a change to the plan. The receptionist and answering service is also so quick to answer and reply back, when needed. We had to get another bid for insurance purposes, and All Purpose Plumbing came in at 85% of the cost of the other company. They’ve been able to come out the same day, and the work was completed in a couple hours. I could not sing their praises any louder. I will ALWAYS call All Purpose Plumbing first.”

“I would really like to thank my service Technician Jeaneluke for his excellence and quality service. He came over on a service call to fix a temp sensor or flow switch. While replacing that he noticed that one of my pumps was not working properly and was very loud. I had not noticed because it has always been that way since i purchased the spa brand new 2 years ago. He put in an order for the pump and came back a couple weeks late to replace it. My spa is completely different now. The jets are a lot stronger and feel so much better. It is like having a brand new spa. I cant thank him enough for noticing something was wrong and taking the initiative to fix it.”

Jeff was the most wonderful guide on our magic carpet ride of finding a new area rug for our living room. The best customer service! Prices were great. And while the selection was not endless (what they have is what they have and they’re up front about it even on the website), there were plenty of options. Pro-tip: don’t forget your under-rug pad! Will return here when we decide that other parts of our home require rugs/carpet or for flooring needs upon a move. Five stars well earned.”

As we looked elsewhere at stoves, the education Sonja gave us became extremely useful. After looking around, it was apparent that the Lopi stove we looked at at Rich's was the one. The Lopi, being a local product was available and in their warehouse. Rich's installer is a great guy and did a great job. He once again went over all the features and functions of the stove.
