Unfortunately, I am smack dab in the middle between a size Large and a size Medium. I took a gamble and ordered two mediums… and they were slightly two small. So I decided to come to this location to confirm that the size large would indeed fit me correctly. I brought the two mediums with me just to compare and Sarah, who I believe is one of the managers here, ended up taking it upon herself to process my return in store saving me a decent amount of money, time and hassle, on what would have been the cost of return shipping. To complicate things, the sale on these two flannels had ended. Unlike many other retail locations, instead of writing me off Sarah continued to work the problem until she was able to successfully accept the exchange. I really appreciated her willingness to help on a busy Saturday afternoon! These may have been my first Eddie Bauer purchases but I’m sure they will not be my last! Thanks!”
