He was not only able to get the tool bag embroidered, but he did it in the exact font and color I wanted, at an extremely affordable price and in a timely fashion. The day I went to pick up the bag, it snowed heavily and he was still able to get the bag to me on the day he promised. Thank you Bruce!!”

Some name brands were priced higher, but overall, I found great quality items. I was able to sell some of my daughters clothes that she outgrew and traded them for the next size up. I wasn’t sure how many clothes they would take, but I was happy with the amount and found it to be fair. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I was able to get clearance items and 20% off on top of my trade value. I will definitely be back.”

Cause I chose the wrong (old apt) address and I cannot cancel the order (I’m trying to cancel after 1min when I place the order and I call them right away) and when I call customer service they too cannot cancel the service and all they can do and say is that once it’s shipped I need to call the carrier to tell them I am not in that address anymore and return my package to Ann Taylor. That’s really bad customer service using their online store.”
