She is extremely patient, explains things in an understanding way, gives realistic advice, and is fun to talk to. I started taking lessons four months ago, and despite my busy corporate job and occasional lack of practice, I have been able to progress confidently with playing a variety of songs. Her lesson book is great for learning different harp skills, though you may want some more songs to practice in between as the lessons can move quickly from one new skill to the next.
