“This is the first gym my husband and I used since moving to Hoover in June. We love it. He recently just moved around a lot of the equipment which made it feel more open and gave easier access to everything, and it is always so clean! The equipment selection is huge! If you’re into smith and cables he’s got you. If you’re into CrossFit he’s got you too. If you need a personal trainer he’s your guy! I love that I can switch up what I’m doing from lifting, to smith, to high intensity easily. It’s a smaller gym, but I’ve never been with more than 3 other members there at any given time, so it feels like your personal space. I would definitely recommend 100% to anyone of any background in fitness because you can definitely find your place here!”

“It's been such a pleasure working with Nicole via private zoom sessions. Having never done virtual sessions, I wasn't convinced it could work but Nicole is incredible! I am so impressed how keenly she is able to observe and help me adjust my poses, often suggesting that I use a ledge or railing or nearby furniture to get the best results in that moment. Even though our sessions are over zoom, it's as though she is with me in my home! She has such a beautiful spirit and I couldn't recommend her more highly!”

“If you are like I was and think you could never do CrossFit, this is the gym for you. The coaches are amazing and meet you where you are. They have modifications for any injury and truly care about walking alongside you on your fitness journey. They are available to help with workouts, mobility issues, diet/nutrition assistance and any thing else you may think to ask. On top of all of that, the head coach, Tucker, is experienced at high level competitions. He does all of the programming himself, and if you ask any member here, his programming is top notch and proven. CrossFit is the best all around workout you will ever get. I had been a group fitness at Lifetime girl for years, spending 2-3 hours at the gym every day. Now I spend an hour a day, 6 days a week, and am in better shape than I have ever been in (and I am about to turn 56). The members here are friendly and supportive and will welcome you in. Now is the time - give Rayzor Ranch a try!”

“I would like to update my review as I find it important and fair to make note that this studio did rectify the situation outlined below. I did post my original post before anyone from the studio had reached out to me to address the prior review. Karla is 100% correct that you do sign a waiver with the policy written out - but when I signed up for the promo deal there were other specifics that were not verbally communicated, not rolling over credits etc. Their cancellation policy is predatory - you sign a form that says that you have to cancel "30 days" before your next subscription date - but never told VERBALLY when you sign up. You pay monthly, build up credits and then if you travel, move, get sick, come into hardship you can't freeze your account AND use your accumulated credits - which STILL cost $15 a month to freeze. It's a huge scam. I've never worked out at such a "corporate" workout environment and now I remember why. I will stick with supporting my local businesses and will not be referring or recommending this business. It's truly sad they want to say they're all about the community but really they only care about money clearly. Not to mention that the owner thinks it's business appropriate to call the readers of these reviews "haters". As if they're trash.”

“Holy cow is this place huge and impressive! It sits on top of a huge hill by it's lonesome to let everyone know that they are there. Staff is super friendly. I've been to countless different PF's across the country in the last 3 years and this was the only PF where the staff who recognized I was a out of towner offered a tour of the gym. Very nice touch and made me feel welcomed. This is definitely one of the largest PF's in the country with huge swaths of space. If you seem yourself as introverted, this place has so much space that even when it's packed, you can find a area by your lonesome to workout unbothered. Now I do want to rate this place 5* and it kinda pains me to give it *4 but the bathrooms and locker room weren't clean. Other than that, great gym!”
