This facility installed new treadmills recently and paved the parking lot. It's nice to have the showers available. The picture is many years old yet the view has not changed.”

“I have been a Studio One devoted client for several years. Every time I am in class I wonder how ANYONE can live without Pilates. My back doctor recommended Pilates for my back pain and it’s amazing how it has helped. During the miserable years of Covid lockdown, we were all so lucky to have classes with zoom. “My sister used to come here about 10 years ago. Now I’m bringing my daughter, and she loves it. All the coaches seem to have a positive coaching method, and my daughter seems to always make another new friend. They have different hours for classes which makes it easier for us parents who work a 9-5. Definitely recommend trying it out. 1-2 times a week. It gives kids something to look forward to.”

“I have known John and Karen for 32 years. Always end up going back to their gym after my lay offs because it has a great balance of free weights, machines and cardio. No waiting and perfect for hardcore, beginners and anyone in between. Just a warning, if you want to be pampered this isn't the place, they do not have saunas or hot tubs. They do have lockers and showers which is all you need. It's a Gym after all and the best in the area. There is a great selection of merchandise and supplements as well.”

My sons are having a great time and learning great self defense skills. My youngest daughters have a blast as well building their confidence & self defense skills.
