“My granddaughter has been going to Eagles after school program for about a year and she LOVES IT. The teachers are all amazing- they do her homework with her, have scheduled activities, snacks, arts and crafts. Its very structured and super fun for her. And the facility is always clean and the office staff are all friendly and knowlegable about the program, the kids, the parents, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing after school program.”

Both are great and will get you easily signed up into mountainside fitness and also be helpful for any additional help here. They will take care of you. “I have tried every class out there....hot yoga, barre, spinning, aerobics, you name it. Pilates has changed the way I look at working out and staying healthy. This is the first time in a long time I get excited to go work out, and I get upset when I have to miss a class. I love how there is so much one on one attention, and classes are never more than 6 people. All of the instructors help you get to the level you need to be at, and you never feel overwhelmed or like you are not working out hard enough...they get you to where you need to be. My flexibility has increased tremendously, and I love the way Pilates builds long, lean muscles. I have not felt that strength and body tone in any workouts I have done in the past.”

“This is the best gym I've ever belonged to. The personal trainers are fantastic, they are extremely helpful and will answer anything. They make working out a really fun experience too. The facilities are great for an excellent price. However management has some shady practices when it comes to contracts/pricing. They told me I was signing up for two months of personal training and that my contract would end after that time. I trusted the manager I spoke to (they don't work there anymore) but after two months I called the front desk to confirm my PT was being cancelled. They told me that I had one session left but - surprise! - I was later charged for another month. When I confronted the manager (the one who works there now) they told me that the contract had no end date. They said I could cancel - I just had to sign off on it. Well, I had no clue I was signing ANOTHER CONTRACT for two months. Make sure you ask to see what you're signing before you sign it, they say one thing to your face but in writing it's something else entirely.”

She talked me into joining her for a class (I had never taken a yoga class prior) - the instructor was great and the first class was complimentary. Nickie was the instructor that day. Her voice was also very soothing which really helped me get in a peaceful state. Her poses were doable for beginners and she also invites challenging poses if the students could follow. Her vibe was really chill also.
