Everyone is focused and the trainers (I had Katie) were particularly helpful. She took me through each round and helped introduce equipment and technique. Excellent. “I am in Phoenix for business and took a weekly pass to work out in the down time. The gym is very well laid out and there is plenty of iron to move around in the Cross-Fit section. For the machines there were all I needed and was wondering if there were any missing but could not come up with one. The change room feels more like a spa, very nice done. I really liked the kid section - if I come down with family I would certainly use it. You can leave the kids there for up to 2 hours a day for 4$/hr or 25$/month.”

“If you are into Pilates, these guys are great. They do a 50 minute session with smaller class sizes and go slow enough to be able to keep good form. That doesn't mean that they are easy, they are still very intense. The first text can be intimidating, but it's all fun. If you make any changes give them a 6 hour notice though, otherwise you get charged $25 bucks, ouch.”

“I decided to first give it a trial and see if boxing suited my fitness routine. Absolutely loved these classes!!! Elyse (the owner) is wonderful. She is currently pregnant but still teaches some classes and is an inspiration to all women. All the other instructors are super great and friendly as well. My personal favorite is Randy as he pushes you to go above and beyond. He focuses a lot on technique which helps box in the correct way and not just punching the bag. Unfortunately I was moving to another city so I had to cancel my membership but boxing has become part of my life now and I want to thank CKO for the same.”
