“I just left this dry cleaner. The young lady had a yellow dress on. I thought that I recognized her but, maybe I had her mixed up with someone else. She snached the card from my hand so hard that my debit card fell to the ground. I just don't believe that I deserved that attitude or treatment for speaking to someone. You work all the time is what I said. I hope that management notices this review. I have never been treated like that since I moved to Danville VA 6 years ago.”

“Staff is super helpful and friendly! I had an issue with my debit card and was offered help by one of the staff members (her name is Sandra and she's so nice!). The laundromat is extremely neat and clean, from the floor to the washers and dryers. There is ample seating and folding space, and working coin machines - although the machines accept cards as well. Parking is a little tight, so be mindful. Anyone looking for a reasonably-priced laundromat should definitely check it out - I know I'll be back!”

“If you need your carpets cleaned CALL MOTTS! I had Riley out to our home last week and was blown away by the professionalism and how he took care of my home. He vacuumed first, raked the carpet to make it look like new, put protective coverings in the stairway to protect the paint and brought my carpet back to life! I seriously feel like I just got new carpets! Yay! Call them today, you won’t regret it! Scheduling with Jessica from the office was a breeze and then we had a concern because it looked like the carpet needed stretching right after he finished cleaning she promptly called back and told us not to worry, that was normal however if things didn’t return to normal after 24 hours to call back. Everything was fine, but the time she took to promptly answer was so kind and reassuring. Thank you!”

“The washers and dryer work great. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to purchase a laundry card and pre-load money onto it. For a one-time use of the machines, this can be hard because it means you may end up with money on the card you never use. That being said, we loaded $11 onto the card (it’s an initial $1, then you have to choose between amounts of $1, $5, $10, $20) and were able to do all the laundry we needed. With that we did two small loads of wash, and threw everything into the big dryers. You get 25 minutes of drying free, which was all we needed to have everything be done! The staff is cheerful and was incredible kind and helpful for me as I tried to figure out how it all worked! I needed the clothes before a trip the next day- called the Surprise location- staff member was understanding, took my info and messaged the owner. I also emailed via their webpage. The owner contacted me and delivered my clothes to my home that evening, in the middle of another storm. Excellent service! “Joe and his partner were great! I don’t usually leave reviews but I told them I would for them! Anytime I needed to call Joe for a question prior to the day of service and on the day of service he answered every single time. The day of they came and cleaned everything within a hour and they even tried to help me with another stain I had that wasn’t included in the service I had selected. They were nice and funny and polite and didn’t try too hard to be professional or a complete stranger it was a great balance. They got the stain out of my rug and my couch smells so fresh and clean! I would 10/10 recommend!”
