“Absolutely the best trip we have had. This place is fabulous. Maria is the best. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay. Her dogs are amazing and fun to have around. She and her sister even made a make shift outdoor movie theatre so we could watch Monday night football outside. The back patio is so nice and we even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. 100% we will be staying here again and again!!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality Maria!!!”

“I spent the last 2 months here and would like to leave my thoughts on the park. All new concrete sites straight and level. Nice, clean and new laundry and shower houses. I used a pull through for my car hauler and there is ample room for loading and unloading.I was able to park on the site next to mine as it was vacant at the time. Very quiet at night, close to Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, Seaborne Creek park and Highway 59. Both of the managers that assisted me were clear and helpful. I recommend this park.”

The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were particularly luxurious, with walk in showers and soaking tubs. I accidentally left a charger in the room, and they were kind enough to mail it back to me. Absolutely stellar customer service, I couldn't have asked for more!”

“This was my first time to the Keys, so my girlfriend and I stopped in to maybe get a map and possibly some ideas. Instead, what we got was Michael. Michael spent the next 30ish minutes walking us through all the best attractions on the 1. More impressive than his knowledge of the Keys was the fact he was able to write upside down while maintaining conversation. He provided us with an incredible map (see photos) with an abundance of info, again all written upside down and by memory. Michael, if you see this, you absolutely made our trip 100% better. “Decided to choose this place as my hotel while I went to Lake Tahoe with my family, and was glad I did. Check in was quick and efficient, and was even able to change my room without hassle. Rooms were spacious and nice, although the TVs and soap holders should probably be changed. Nice little pool and hot tub, and the fitness room was quite nice- in comparison to not only other similar hotels but bigger/more expensive ones, this one was bigger and had more equipment! Was able to get a decent chest/back workout in. Breakfast was pretty nice, served from 6 am-9:30 am, with a decent selection that maybe could use another item or two offered, and a fixing of the pancake/waffle machine. There was only 2 minor issues which was that housekeeping was unavailable on the last night for some reason during my short stay, but that didn't really matter as long as I got new towels from the front desk, and that the parking was not that great, especially since you can only enter from the front while 90% of the parking was in the back. All in all a good stay during the vacation, worth the price and will consider Holiday Inn for my future stays!”

“Manager offered my dad and I a good weekly deal while we were looking for a place to live. We had good internet, soft clean beds, a shower, and a small kitchen top with stove burners on it. The managers were genuinely friendly to us and we never had any bad experiences with them. Overall it was fairly good and i would have no problem staying here again if need be.”

“I give this hotel a five-star rating even though I see some ratings below that. We had decided we wanted to upgrade our room when we checked in on a Monday night at 5:30 p.m. and the manager who was ready to leave for home stayed to get everything set for us, was very kind efficient and helpful. We are on a 1 month 3000 Mile road trip and of the 5 hotels we have stayed in this was hands down the cleanest. I check every hotel room we stay in with a black light and look for bed bugs and any sign of areas that have not been cleaned perfectly. Every other hotel there was at least one place that we had to clean due to something we found. This hotel passed 100%. We had no problems with water pressure, drainage issues, or anything else. The room was very spacious and had a clean jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows that were also comfy. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay.”

The bathrooms are basic and the free breakfast is fine, but for a really good price, great beds, the cleanliness, and safe parking, this hotel was a perfect fit. “The place is very nice and pleasant. I personally like campsite 13 because I think it is the most beautiful one. Had many good times at this place. Bathrooms are nice and well-kept and there is an office at the front that sells propane, ice, snacks, firewood, charcoal, fishing equipment, etc. The river is the main attraction however, absolutely stunning with some massive tree's growing from it. They have a rope swing towards tent site 15 or 17 that's always fun. Place is about 15min away from a Walmart in case you forgot anything and is an all-around great and peaceful location. Highly recommended.”

“I feel like this place fits the definition of "don't judge a book by its cover." It looks kinda old and cheap on the outside, but on the inside the rooms are clean and neat and tidy. The beds are SUPER soft and comfy. The only downside is that it's kinda hot and stuffy in the room. The air doesn't really circulate, and when it finally does its about 2 hours after being turned on. Otherwise, I highly suggest coming here if you're looking for a cheap place to stay the night that doesn't have pests like roaches or mice.”

“Rooms were newer and minimalist. No ice buckets or any typical hotel amenities. A fridge and large safe were provided. The room was not the cleanest, and we found long black hairs in the bed and shower. Someone also repeatedly knocked on the door during the night. The breakfast was just ok, mostly grab and go items like prepackaged sugary muffins and cereal/oatmeal. There were Jimmy Dean prepackaged breakfast sandwiches under a heat lamp that were dry and unappetizing. There was fruit cups but the fruit itself was a bit rotten. For families: No crib available. Blackout curtains work great and the area is quiet. There's also no tub and hard vinyl flooring. Seems to be a hotel geared for a solo business traveler and not super family friendly.”

“This place was totally awesome! My husband, son and I stayed a week and I can't remember the last time I could just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the bay right out the front windows! The caretaker is great, very helpful and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend staying here for a great fishing/hunting location! Lighted pier, nice quiet area and they even decorated for Christmas!! Had a lovely time!”
