And am Probably going to go back for at least 10 other birthday parties ( every kid there wants to have their party there!). “We stayed this past weekend in our new travel trailer with our young grandson and absolutely loved it. We drove up the weekend before to familiarize ourselves with the place and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was super friendly and inviting. The camp[ground and bath houses were clean and our grandson loved the playground. If you don't feel like cooking, the campground restaurant says, "permanently closed" but Lakeside restaurant is a block away. Overall great time, thanks!”

“We made reservations over the phone but when we got there, they said we didn't have any. However, they did still give us a spot. Spot 44 is in a weird space and the connections were shared but they also offered spot 2 which was better. The sewer connections were far so you may need to get a longer sewer hose. A bit of road noise but it wasn't bothersome at all. The spots are close and there are some full timers but I didn't see any sketchy people at all. It was fairly quiet. Best thing is, we were 4 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino and they have a shuttle service that will take you back and forth. We will stop here again for sure!👍🏽”

“A few years ago I stayed here while participating in a research program for teachers at JPL for two months. It was a comfortable and relaxed environment. I observed Sharyn taking Kaplan students to and from campus in groups. Sharyn provided dinners as well. The room rates are very reasonable, and there are several bathrooms available as well. The place is kept clean and is very homey. When some of the other guests brought classmates over to study she did not mind at all. This is best for Kaplan students, interns or traveling professionals, the environment is generally very academic/professional.”

Only complaint- they sold me firewood that would just not burn, tried several fire starters, finally went to a nearby gas station to get some normal wood for the campfire.”

“My friends and I stayed at Bear Dog Farm over 4th of July weekend. The farmhouse was charming, comfortable, and relaxing! The property is private and the perfect place to play bags, hold a BBQ, and enjoy nature on the front porch. It is about a 20 minute drive to the lake and about a half mile away from the Lake Geneva Safari. Our hosts were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend their farm.”

“We had our wedding weekend at Summit Lake and it was wonderful. Very homey and cozy, the staff were really friendly and Lyndsey was tremendously helpful in the lead up to the event. She was so accommodating to our many last-minute requests over the weekend. She and her team anticipated needs (like getting matching clear umbrellas for our ceremony just in case--she was watching the forecast!) Food was great and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful lake, and would definitely recommend going for a paddle on the lake, especially if the weather is nice!”

“Where do we begin? Debbie and John Keane are fabulous, caring hosts and Shannon, who plays many roles wonderfully, is delightful. The White House lodging is comfortable, convenient to the historic district and nicely decorated in period fashion. We stayed four nights in the Lincoln Suite which we'd highly recommend. Breakfasts are a real treat, deliciously prepared, and the late afternoon wine and goodies in the beautiful living room is welcoming and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Our hosts made us feel completely at home, spent precious time with us, providing excellent recommendations for activities and dining in the area. Overall, a perfect way to visit beautiful, historic Williamsburg.”

What a treat! We soul gazed, romanced, and fell in love again under the stars, in the hot tub, and in the swoon of home cooked, incredible food. I cannot tell you how much we loved it.
