“It was a nice cozy little place. Everything was very nice and very clean. They no longer serve breakfast, but they did provide coffee, yogurt, and other breakfast items. It has a nice view of the Rock Mill and is very close to Rockmill Brewery. I would not suggest walking though, people drive pretty crazy on Lithopolis Rd.”

Been cleaned up and I believe they offer a nice incentive to move your home in.Cars drive a bit too fast as soon as they get close to the exit.”

“Me and my wife were a little worried when pulling up to this hotel because the owner was a older Indian who was definitely one of the Hands-On investors when it came to company ownership there. We had a feeling that we were going to get roasted for everything we did blah blah blah and we're almost right when I was pulling my duffle bag into my room the owner's husband saw me from all the way at the front of the hotel, stopped what he was doing and proceeded to run all the way to my room and stop me from closing the door. Turns out he thought that I was trying to sneak a dog in our room. Not!!”

Unfortunately, the house was unsuitable (unsafe and not at all clean) and I needed to come up with a plan B in a hurry. WaterWalk to the rescue. So glad I found this place. STAFF All have been super friendly and welcoming. SOUND Very quiet! No road noise or from the hallway/neighbors. PETS Super appreciate them being dog-friendly for a reasonable fee compared to many hotels. Dedicated dog potty area and plenty of tree-lined and well-lit sidewalks. OTHER - Very clean. Comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen tools (pots, pans, dishes, etc) - Near tons of great food options (Indian within walking distance, yum). - Feels super safe - Washer and dryer IN THE ROOM ”

“I really don't understand the bad reviews. I just left here today, I checked in on Thursday and everything was great! The rooms are nothing fancy, but our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! Bartender on Friday night/Saturday afternoon was awesome! Valet was the sweetest! My only complaint is the food at the restaurant isn't the best. But I'm not going to dock any points for that. I'm picky when it comes to food. Not the hotels fault! If you're looking for fancy then don't come here and then leave a 1 star review. Go somewhere else. We loved our stay and will return with our kids next time”
