“Hands down the BEST hotel I have stayed at in a long time. That's saying a lot, trust me. The front desk staff is awesome, housekeeping is top notch. This was the cleanest hotel and room that I think I have literally seen. I was very impressed. The rooms are large and airy. The lobby is huge with many comfortable areas to sit at. Maintenance had to come and change out a lamp, and no lying, he was there in less than 5 minutes. The sheets were crisp and fresh. The only 2 things I would change is, the amount of space to put personal belongings if you are staying more than a few days, and the size refrigerators in the rooms would not accommodate a family of more than 2. Other than that, it was great. My hat is off to the staff. Thank you!!!”

I cannot stress this enough, first day, after our 'check out and check right back in', the new Manager *IMMEDIATELY* began squashing the shady stuff. Literally, we watched this Super 8 come to life. The rooms were clean (we rented 2). We were on the second floor and I trusted the walkway, room floors, and the shower. I know this place probably has some previously rough reviews...but. We saw the changes for the positive, right before our eyes. One of the Staff, Kural, provided us absolutely above and beyond exceptional service. I cannot possibly say enough excellent things about him! He truly treated us like his own family, and it meant the world. I would not hesitate to book another room at this motel. Even stating that it wasn't so great in the beginning...these folks are dedicated and eager to provide safe, clean lodging!”

“Private, 20 feet from Whittier Blvd. but I bet you pass it several times, 9 spaces, you're paid, 2 bathrooms with a shower sink and toilet connected with a deepsink washroom in case you need alternate facilities, THE BEST RATES, original landlord is real, no BS, willing to work with you and does not live but does work on the property. PETS AND ROOMMATES ALLOWED but no kids. Very quiet, everyone keeps to themselves, no hoarders allowed. Spaces don't come often but if one does, grab it. There is also a 3 story House that are, each level, except the basement are rentable but not find of Extreme Acts Of God. Landlords babe is Lanny. Be sure to use me, j, as a reference.”

“We’re traveling with a dog and an elderly woman we’re taking care of. Let us use wheel chair to transport her up the elevators. Had to stop here overnight. We have a long drive. Not a gourmet breakfast but very GOOD choices, variety of microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Great coffee. Pet friendly. Fridge in room. WONDERFUL shower. Two beds in our room. My husband and I stayed in one and her an the pup slept in the other. Very good and clean place no odors as I am keen to smells. Large TV has the cooking channel so I’m happy. GOOD HEAT, hot water. Overall I’m impressed for a couple bucks. Well done staff. Oh yes they’re very friendly too both of the clerks we had interaction with.”
