“A small Museum with much history stored. All nations came through Seabrook's but the Japanese appeared to the larger minority. I lived in Cumberland County much Of my life and never knew this gym was by the Seabrook court house. I dont want to share to much . You will have to go see for yourself.”

“A gem. Don't miss it. Admission is high, but worth it. The house is filled with exquisite Faberge jeweled tokens the last czar of Russia gave his mother and wife. There are paintings, furniture, jewels, china and glassware from Russia and France which will dazzle anyone who loves beauty. The grounds, gardens and outbuildings are a delight. If you feel cooped up in your tiny condo, go see how the other half lived for awhile.”

“I am an art activist and this exhibit uses film and theater in a multidimensional way to educate and enlighten people about a serious social issue. Most importantly, it instills empathy by allowing the attendees to stand in another's shoes, yours of which, are required to be left behind. Any person who has a strong opinion about The Wall and US immigration policy, one way or another, should experience this exhibit. You will be moved.”

“I loved Daniel's story that helps kids understand what it felt like to go through the Holocaust. The building was clean and well set up. The architecture of all parts were well thought out. We were impressed with the size and amount of information available. We visited on a holiday weekend, so it was very crowded.”

“This place is very unique for me. From outside u can only see the memorial building with Jefferson statue in it, but they actually do have a lift to bring you down to the underground area for a small book and gift shop, another room for its history and statue. Good to pay a visit if u around national mall area.”

“This place is haunted. I was inspecting the fire alarms in the late 90's here when I felt someone behind me in a second floor bedroom. I was alone. I entered the room several times trying to test the smoke alarm, but each time as I attempted to climb my ladder, I was absolutely sure there was someone behind me right over my shoulder. All the other rooms were fine, even the dimly lit basement and under the stairs. It was the one and only time I had a brush with the supernatural. I remember it like it was yesterday and it still feels creepy.”

“Wow - lived in the DC area for 5 years without even realizing this existed. But these grounds are beautiful and really well-kept. The quiet atmosphere really feels like an escape from the city without even leaving Georgetown. Free admission in the Fall - highly recommend the visit.”

“The quality of the exhibits here are very good! They do have a lot of exhibits but most of them didn't really interest me. We did absolutely love the Egypt exhibit, the dinosaurs, and the traveling mummy exhibit. The 3D show "Museum Alive" was cute and very well made. The bathrooms were immaculately clean. What made me rate only three stars was how extremely expensive everything in the museum was and how quickly we got through the entire museum.”

“This memorial is hauntingly beautiful. It's one of the more underrated memorials in DC. It fights for attention between the World War II Monument and the Lincoln Monument. The faces of the soldiers and the incorporation of the foliage into the overall piece makes it feel very dynamic.”
