“Booking was easy. Office has been very helpful though out visit. Beautiful location on Sandy river. Beautiful parks near by and lots of waterfalls 15 minutes East on 84. Active railroad tracks very close by was my only complaint. But technically I slept through it, the wife had problems with it. Recommend sites on river as the views are amazing to wake up to. Sites are large on all sites here.”

“I just moved in here, one reason I looked at this park is, that I felt it was well kept up. Lots of trees and small parks for my dog. Clean wide streets and lights at nite. So far I have no complaints with area or management 6 months later. Only, did want to see more homes forsale during purchase.”

And if you come here and start trouble or not respect the neighbors around you as all RV parks should you will be told that you and your camper or RV will be personal removed from the premises by the owner. “Country Villa Estates is a great place to live. I find it to be quiet, relaxing and friendly. The park is clean and is kept up nicely. The office staff is easy to work with and the rent is reasonable. They have a fair pet policy and residents appear to care for their pets responsibly. The location is also a big plus as it is close to many stores and restaurants. I really enjoy living here at Country Villa Estates.”

“This place is phenomenal for a camp ground! Got everything from RV/camper sites to primitive camping spots. They also have nice little primitive style cabins. No showers, sinks, or bathroom in the cabins but the bathroom/shower house is just a short walk across the parking lot. If you decide to stay here make sure you check out the zip lines. It is lots of fun and the zip guides are great people! The fishing is great even managed to catch some big ones. It’s nice that they also rent out John boats to paddle around in! After a long hot day the swimming pond is amazing to float around in. All in all it’s a great facility with some amazing staff members! Can’t wait to visit you all again!”

“We have been here for over a month and I will say that the park is clean with paved roads and sites, with plenty of space between each site. All facilities are well maintained. Laundry is quarters only $1.75 to wash/ $1.50 to dry plus .25 cents each additional 7 minutes just for a heads up. Pool area and showers are nice and clean. You do have to ENTER THE POOL through the restrooms, there seems to be a lot of confusion about this for some reason. If you have pets: there are stickers and fire ants EVERYWHERE. We have all been bit on several occasions. I have seen maintenance out putting stuff on the ant hills, so they are aware of it and working on it. They took down the old playground and have a new one going up, unfortunately all of the pieces have been sitting there for several weeks. There is NO cable here, and there is NO internet here AT THIS TIME. They are installing new internet but it has been a month now. I really don't understand the delay. So if you work from home (like I do) or home school (like we do) or would like to watch TV on occasion (as we do) I would NOT recommend this park at this time. I would ASK about this PRIOR to booking to make sure these things are up and WORKING. Office staff is wonderful. Other than the lack of internet and cable, this place is a very nice place.”

“Great campground! Super employees! We love our site. Had dinner delivered from the on-site cafe, husband loved the burger and my Spaghetti with meatballs was delicious. They even called me this morning to see if we wanted to extend our stay. The people who reserved our site for Saturday canceled and we were given the opportunity to extend before the site was offered on the website. Wow! We will definitely come back!”
