There is no reasonable rated living anymore for those on fixed income. Even if you want to live independently and by your own means, you're forced not to. It's expected, but when you are forced from your home of 5, 10 or more years, just sad. So, if you move in, expect your lot rent and water to go up yearly.”

A Fantastic Place to drive a long with his golf cart. The other people that have campers in Paradise Arces Campground are always friendly. And the dogs are friendly also. They have lots of entertainment there at the campgrounds, party's and live bands. Always look forward to visiting future family at Paradise Acres Campground.”

“Pro: Water, Power, Dump site, Pool, Hiking, Pet Friendly, No age restrictions. Con(none of): WiFi, Full hook ups, fire pits. Diamond Jacks is what it is; a secluded little RV park. There are only partial hook ups, water and power. For site renters there is free black-water dumping, or $20 for the honey wagon (Honigwagen) service. There is an un-heated pool which is great in the summer because it is ice cold even when it is 100 degrees outside. Overall the place is clean but best for RV'ers and trailers. You can tent camp out there but if it is rainy season look elsewhere; the lots tend to have a run off slop to them. It is located up a bit of a windy road so know how to handle your rig around tight spots. That being said it is down in a valley; which does offer excellent views and some niche hiking spots. like the website says not far from town though you are looking at a minimum 20 to 30 minute drive out of the valley to any major shopping centers. Three stars for the services, an extra for the off leash Hiking.”

“We've lived here for almost a year now and all things considered it a pretty nice place to live! It's quiet, most everyone is friendly, and it's very well kept. Management makes sure everyone's lawn stays cut, trimmed, and there aren't a bunch kids bikes and toys cluttering up. And they're Fair about enforcing the park rules! The lot rent is very reasonable and garbage pickup in included with the Water bill. This is a very comfortable place to live, a place where you can let your kids go out and play without worrying to much, and a place that has a Genuine sense community about it!”

“Its a decent park, nothing special. The laundry is $3 to wash AND dry a load, honor system. So awesome, if your clothes aren't quite dry, just press the button. The bathrooms are updated and there is 1 bathroom for men, 1 for women. They include a toilet, sink, and shower. The hot water leaves something to be desired. But its warm... the town is still recovering from the hurricane. Shop local. We also stayed here so we could visit Nola. Great place, don't expect pools and luxury. Its a place to park and showers with laundry. Get the weekly rate and it's worth it. They will lend you an adapter since they only have 50amp.”

“I loved this mobile home community! It was so quiet and serene. Neighbors would come out and greet each other kindly..There were a few 'bad seeds' but the owner usually found reason to be rid of them. I would definitely come back and live here if I could sell my brick house, which I hope to do soon. I just hope Mike, the owner, can find a mobile home for me on his property when I am in the process of buying. This is far the BEST community in the county of Milwaukee.”

“I love this place my friend and I usually frequent this place for its quaint and quietness, also it has very little light in the sky reflecting so you can see all of the meteor showers and globular clusters to the naked eye in the sky. “Moved here over ten years ago. We may have overpaid for our (new at the time) dwelling during the peak of the housing market in 2006, but don't regret moving here. We've had a few nuisance neighbors over the years, but they've all been weeded out by park management. We live in a mostly quiet park, no crime, no deadbeats, beautiful sunsets and a cold pool during the summer. This community is located on the fringe of civilization, just far enough east to be tranquil (aside from the occasional fire truck), but located within a quick distance to the freeway. I commute to national city daily and it's only thirty or so minutes. Space rent is reasonable, park management isn't always riding you, you have annual inspections and get occasional notices for weeds or random things they frown upon being stored in your carport, but overall way better than any apartment living. There's just enough guest parking for friends to come over and we plan to be here until we can afford a home on private property. If you're looking to live in a manufactured home, I would recommend this park.”
