After explaining our situation, they offered a solution of booking their crew to help us pack and load a large U-Haul. It worked. They knew how to properly load it and even recommended good quality furnitue pads so that our furniture remained intact and not damaged. So grateful for them. Top notch company!”

“This place has got to be one of the best George unit places that I have rented off of the spark in my me and my wife another storage unit here in Montgomery county for several years were talk to you in decades like 28 years Enterprise never increased like the rest of the units head cuz if you done business with him for many many years they are friendly and good people well I can say at least the lady is not always there with I did with the gentleman a couple of times but he just ain't his friend but they all are good people and if you carry in both of these places are pretty good but the Parkview one is amazing they have a key code coded gate with sensors on it that will allow you to access the unit they have a drop off box there they also will collect your monthly rent by cash or money or check or debit card I do the automatic withdrawal every month for my debit card but I just now started running off them but thus far they are pretty good I would recommend them to anyone and I would usually get any day cuz my experience so far has been great and I hope you got it stays that way”

“This is an outstanding business! I don't think I've ever been treated so well by a company of any kind. Mark and Michael are friendly, personable, down-to-earth, nice guys. It's a local family-run business. They are responsive to our needs, reasonable, fair, and accommodating. We have been in the midst of moving in from out of state, with logistical twists and turns. They have been very understanding of our situation, and have helped us greatly throughout the transition. What we've also appreciated is that they have been very flexible as our needs changed. The storage units are in excellent condition. The whole facility is well maintained and accessible. In spite of much higher than normal rainfall, it's all high and dry. We have felt very comfortable having all our personal belongings and furniture here for several months, even though we were seven hours away. We like the fact that there's a nice well-equipped office on site that's staffed throughout the business day. And they're easily available by phone during non-business hours. There's secure fencing surrounding the place, and you're given an access code to enter the front gate 24/7. Also, many security cameras. We just can't say enough good things about Wilmington Mini-Storage.”

“Hey not sure why the bad reviews but this place was amazing.. I had an appointment for Monday at 1700 and showed up Sunday morning.. The older lady at the guard shack was sweet she told me she would call the guys and see if they will take me in early she had me pull up 5 minutes later she’s walking to my truck with my paperwork telling they will take me in early.. 8:30 I was at a door and at 10 I was out.. I’ll definitely be looking to deliver to BJs again”
