They didn’t guide me toward the most expensive carpet but what was best for our home. They allowed us to take multiple samples home to ensure we picked the color we wanted. Then on install day they showed up 5 minutes early. Which seems to be unheard of these days keeping to a time table! The installation crew was fantastic. They treated my home as if it were there own. Catherine Lanza, the Generations Program Director, and all of her team. are providing compassionate, joyful, and competent care that is helping my sister and all of the other residents to be as safe, healthy, and happy as possible. Despite the challenges of the very vulnerable people in their care, the staff members manage problems promptly with understanding and love. Everything is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean. As busy as they are, I deeply appreciate that Catherine and Haley, the Activities Director, are going the extra mile by making it possible for me to have video visits with my sister, so it will be easier for me to stay connected with her long distance. “A Welcoming Haven During a Crisis During a recent evacuation due to a fire, we were overwhelmed and struggling to find a place to stay. Thankfully, we found this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and ensured we had everything we needed. They even offered further assistance if necessary, making us feel truly cared for. The rates were approximately $50 less than other places we considered, and they did not charge for our small dog, whereas another place wanted $35 a day. They also accommodated our request for a ground floor room with easy access, which was incredibly helpful. The amenities were excellent, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, alarm clock, landline, and air-conditioned room. The room itself was quiet and clean, providing a much-needed respite from the chaos outside. Special mention to the housekeeper, Loretta, who checked on us every time we saw her, ensuring our stay was comfortable. Overall, this hotel is a great small-town nugget, centrally located for all your gold country adventures. Highly recommended!”
