“I am so impressed with our entire experience at Original Mattress Factory. My mom purchased an electric bed a few weeks ago. We have had a whirlwind of events happen since purchasing the bed and have had to ask a few times to change the delivery date. They have accommodated every time, and with a pleasant attitude. My dad has been in the hospital for almost a month and we found out today that he is being discharged tomorrow. The bed coincidentally is being delivered tomorrow. He is coming home at 12 and is bedridden so we had to have the bed by 12. My mom called and basically begged for them to let her be first on their delivery list. They said they would have to call her back. They called later and told us they rearranged the schedule so we could be first on the list. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Original Mattress. You are a lifesaver. Edit: The delivery drivers were rude. We spoke to one a few times, thanking him for coming and changing the route. He did not even acknowledge we spoke to him. The next one came in and we did the same. Again, did not acknowledge us. They went in and put the beds together. We tried to speak again and they had no bedside manner at all. Still five stars for our experience with Gregg at Hilliard. He was amazing.”

We made out choice, brand new king size bed with box spring, frame rails, mattress protector, and delivery for less that $1100! The service at the store was amazing, the delivery personnel were amazing! I almost wish I needed more beds. I want to give this place 200 stars! Really felt like there was a lot of pride compared to other Dollar trees.. especially the Dollar tree that got shut down in the tiny Town that I'm from. For some reason in town that is blowing up, the Dollar tree corporate came in and shut the door down, trained and hired all new people, and then less than 12 months later abandoned ship. The nice folks at this Dollar tree were very patient with testy customers and seem to go out of their way on more than one occasion during my 5-minute visit. Lot of pride at this store.”

“One of the nicer Dollar Trees out there. The aisles are wide and very clean. I noticed that this store seems well stocked compared to the one in Kenmore. Nothing is cluttered. There is plenty of parking at Bridal Trails. The staff at this store are very efficient and friendly. Be aware that since this is in Kirkland, you can't get the biodegradable plastic bags, only paper unless you buy one of those reusable bags which are only a dollar. One of the best deals here are office supplies like envelopes. Also, if you need Christmas cards, you can't beat the deal for 10 cards for a dollar. I like the fact that the floors are tiled and not carpeted.”
