“Pretty good campground. I think there are only about 6 sites, two of which are doubles. It's right next to the road, but traffic really tapers off to nothing around 9 PM. The outhouse rarely has TP because all of the river rafters that put in across the street use it before launching. The Deadwood River runs along the back of the camp and the Payette River is right across the street. Pretty fair fishing.”

“We tent camped here and found it to be the perfect tenting situation. Having access to the "Saloon" aka clubhouse was the biggest plus. For $25 a night we were able to use all the amenities in the clubhouse which included an inside restroom and shower, laundry and detergent, fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishes, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot and coffee, TV, full sized fridge, couches, tables and chairs, books, games. They also sell fresh eggs and honey. For tenters this was an oasis. We dont have horses but they do have corrals for people that do. The location is perfect for a day trip to Tombstone and Bisbee. Many wineries are located within minutes from the ranch. We will be back on our return trip from Texas and will make it a destination in the future.”

“We fished and rented through Sea Breeze. The fishing charter and trailer were both great. We had a slow first day and the captains decided to try some trolling to give us a better chance of catching fish. We ended up having a great second day. (See pics) We rented trailer 405 while we fished on Erie for a couple days. The trailer was great for our group of 8. The main living area was terrific! Spacious and plenty of seating for all of us. There are three bedrooms with two twins in each of them. Two slept on couches. Unfortunately, we lost partial power and we lost the air conditioner for the last day, but they were willing to move us if we wanted to. You'll want to bring in your own water to drink. The water comes into the place in a garden hose and those can deteriorate over time and release things in the water. The RV park itself was nice and the people were nice to work with. The gas station is across the street with the Wild Wings restaurant and lounge. There is also a Dollar General across the road that has a lot of things that you may have forgotten for your trip.”

“Hidden Gem Sites are tight, but the ones over looking the river are worth it. We camped there in September 2020 and had a site along the Ohio River. We had our 2 German Shepherds with camping with us. We brought our Jet Skis and rode on the river for two days. I had pulled a muscle in my back when we first arrived. The camp hosts were super nice to us and brought our firewood to my site. The showers were nice and clean (especially for a city park). We had a great time and I look forward to going back.”

“We have taken all our felines to High Point Animal Clinic since 1990 and wouldn’t entrust them anyplace else. Dr. Liska and his team are very knowledgeable and always, kind, gentle, and compassionate toward our fur kids. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Great place for pet boarding! Our lab stayed here for 10 days. The employees were friendly and personable. Prices were fair ($32/ni). Flexible hours. They have other services (grooming) available if you prefer. Will use again for pet boarding. Only reason not giving 5 stars is the parking lot is a little small and not exactly RV friendly. Other than they do a great job!”

“Nice 2 bedroom cabin, affordably priced in a quiet area of Big Bear. Super easy access off Hwy 38 with flat parking right out front. 15 mins to the Village and slopes. Nice extras, very clean, helpful tips, fast reply. SuperHost rated with Airbnb.”

“Love Golden Paws! I’m a first time dog owner and my Mini golden doodle Ozzie is a bit anxious. After trying a few groomers we found Golden Paws and have been going every 6 weeks for over a year now. Ozzie is excited to go in and loves Susan and her team, they are so sweet with him and he looks beautiful when I pick him up! I appreciate the scheduling here so much, knowing that they do not overbook and your dog will get their full attention, so I completely understand and even appreciate the schedule policies! Highly recommend.🤩”

“We had a clean room. It was inexpensive too. No breakfast included but would stay here again. The property was mellow & quiet, no rowdy guests or partying. Brandt in the front office was sweet, friendly, & helpful. I've worked in the customer service industry for 12 years & he is the poster child for what folks should be for top notch service. He deserves a raise! Thank you Rodeway Inn! We will certainly return! 🤗”

“Pros The room was very clean. The breakfast was hot. Love the waffle maker btw. The water pressure was good. Staff was friendly Cons No elevator Unable to get night staff on the phone (however, if you go down to speak with them in person, they are attentive)”

“Nice Boy Scouts camping place. With many Merit Badges to work in. Some examples are shotgun shooting, climbing, archery, and life saving. Though there are many more. It may seem like a dream but it isn’t because of these following reasons. The tents cabins are a little dirty and small and have bugs. The showers have dead cockroaches but that’s not that bad. Wear shoes in the showers. The food is ok. But it’s actually pretty fun and it’s cool. The staff are all very nice and the campsites are beautiful.”

“Great location - just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to make multiple trips in a day (if needed). Found the number of separate bedrooms, number of beds, and size of beds very accommodating for 2 families with small children, as it allowed for a number of different sleeping arrangements. Dining area was large enough for a group, making happy breakfast memories. Kids also loved the toys and books hidden in the closets. Only downside is that the kitchen was a bit small and lacked any storage space for pantry-type groceries.”

“Village of love is not a lodging option. They are a resource center that provide help. For low income, homeless and registered vehicle owners park and stay overnight. That are member's with The Village of love. Gotta Love The VillOfLove :)”

“Hidden gem with animals wandering around. If you like nice quiet place to relax, you will find all you need here. Petra is great host that will introduce you to her extended family of goats, dogs, donkeys and extra gentle pigs wandering around. This is where old and discarded finds new meaning and purpose. There are bikes you can borrow and ride around quiet sideroads.”

“We make this a stop on our twice annual North/south trek. Carol is a fabulous host, attending to all our needs. I love the jacuzzi room upstairs. Each room has different amenities, so be sure to talk about what you need. The attention to historic detail is fun to explore while the rooms are comfortable and unique. Breakfast ...well, let’s just say my foodie husband would visit just for the breakfast! This is a labor of love and not a polished corporate location. Go with the flow and enjoy the break from the busy I95 traffic. Good restaurants nearby. Quaint tiny town that time has passed by”

“Rooms are smallish, clean, and a tad dated, but for the price it's a decent deal. Bathrooms are tiny, but the showers have great water pressure. Wifi leaves much to be desired but if all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night it's up your alley. I did not see a single bug or roach the entire time I was here.”

“I lived here for about a year, and it was one of the most relaxed, and amazing place. Quiet and secluded enough to enjoy the area. Close enough to needed resources to be comfortable. The owner is an amazing person who really cares about those that are staying. I can highly recommend this place with no reservations.”

“Visited Menla for a site inspection prior to hosting an event here in a few months. I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The grounds and meeting spaces are beautiful, well manicured. Lots of love goes into this place, it's obvious. Enjoyed the wildlife and hikes, truly beautiful and very quiet. Perfect place for a retreat. Add their delicious food into the mix and you won't want to leave!”

“I stayed here for 6 months while on a travel assignment and I absolutely loved it. The park manager, Shawn and his wife Leeann are the nicest people and they go out of their way to take care of the park and the tenants. The park is clean, quiet and I felt safe while staying here. There is a laundry unit on-site which is always kept clean by Leeann (she does a great job and puts a lot of effort into it!) and Shawn was always available to get quarters from which was so convenient. I had food delivered here on a few occasions and no one ever had a problem finding the park. I loved that I was close to everything but it wasn’t directly in the middle of the city. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here if passing through or staying long term in New Orleans!”
