“We travel a lot with our children and when we walked in the hotel the children immediately rated this hotel 5 stars! Very quiet area, we felt safe, rooms were cleaned, and the front desk ladies were very helpful. If you need room service, you must request the day before. The shower water pressure could have been a bit stronger, but overall I am giving this hotel 5 stars. Great breakfast, great customer service, safe location, and clean rooms. When I return to Dallas again, this will be our pick every time.”

Attending AA or NA is required. This is a women and children’s house so it’s set up for success! Want your kids back? Want to live in an environment with like minded women in recovery? “After missing several flights and dealing with airport customer service for over 2 hours, it was so refreshing to come in contact with such kind people at the front desk! I didn’t have a reservation, but they found a room for me at a discounted rate! They also provided some toiletries, like face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hair brush. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It’s also awesome that you walk downstairs and TSA checkpoint is right there, so you don’t have to get to the airport hours before your flight. If I stayed here every time I missed a flight, I wouldn’t be upset. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!”

“The breakfast was just okay. I wish there had been meat options for those that don't eat pork. My digital key didn't work, so I had to get a physical key. But, the rest of my stay was positive. My room was clean. The staff was very helpful - from helping me find a room to better suite my needs to holding packages for me. Everyone was very pleasant and spoke when you either entered or left the hotel. One of the better stays I've had at a Hilton brand location.”

“We picked this hotel for a one night stay in Nashville. It was a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out were both easy and super quick. The individual at the reception was friendly and courteous. Rooms are neat and stocked with all essentials. Free parking at the premises is included with the booking. The only thing we thought weird was that the sink was outside the bathroom and not inside. Other than that, it was a great stay and I have no complaints.”
