“There can be site flooding if there is a lot of rain. We haven't had any this year. Only certain sites flood, mine never has. Very well kept, safe, fairly quiet, helpful neighbors. Management is very helpful and keeps the grounds, pools, clubhouse, etc clean and safe. Large group of permanent residents whose RV is here and they aren't. We all know who they are and keep an eye out. Good place to live long term.”

“The conference suite was great as far as room for what it's intended for. The hotel has not been upgraded in a while and the carpet, tiles, and other areas have definitely seen better days. There was a fair amount of little critters sharing the hotel with me: A couple of spiders in room and a little roach in the elevator. The sofa bed was very worn and my sister was very uncomfortable and she woke in quite a bit of pain. The bedding for the sofa bed was non existent and we had to call and go down to get it. They spent several hours looking for a cot for her instead. Even though things weren't updated, the rooms and hotel was clean. The breakfast was VERY good. I will say that the service was phenomenal! The staff was very attentive and very quick to greet, accommodate, and see to my every need. They go above and beyond and made you feel like you were a valued and repeat/well known guest the moment you arrived until departure. The staff made this experience worth every inconvenience! The hotel is well situated so that you feel like you are out of the hustle and bustle, but has everything you could want within 2-10 minute drive and just about everything you could want within walking distance. I would suggest making sure that you have enough blocks or that you have a power strip that accommodates charging ports for electronics. That was the 1 main inconvenience that was easily fixed with a purchase.”

“This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back. The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean. Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.”

“Beautiful terrain and well-maintained and marked trails. Loop trail winds up and down some hills and over a brook. Connects to several other trails. Deciduous and evergreen trees. Far enough from the road that you don't always see cars, but you do hear them from several points on the trail.”

“We spent 5 weeks in this RV Park and it was very nice. BJ (the manager) was great, he helped us setting up and always was very friendly and attentive. We have a 35 feet Fifth wheel and we had no problem going around. It was always well maintained, green areas nice. They also have a washer and a dryer, very affordable and the have a cool dvd movie collection there if you like that. The only thing that i can say it was not great was that we got a lot of rain (lucky us) and everything got flooded so if you encounter rain be prepare to wear your rain boots in and out, but all the area was flooded as well. “This is such a beautiful place especially the view. Love going to casinos but nothing like the atmosphere at a Vegas casino it is loud and minimum bets on table games is crazy. Fun experience and we brought family members with us and their first time at a casino and they loved it and won some money on the slots. Was a great night and ended with my daughter getting proposed to. It was so sweet and romantic”

“I come to Phoenix often for work and I think I may have finally found my go to hotel! I'm so shocked to see the amount of bad reviews here. My experience was wonderful - the room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable I had the best night of sleep in a hotel I've had in awhile. I love that they provide a microwave in the room as so many hotels are doing away with that. The shower worked well - it did leak a little if you didn't push the handle far enough but easy to solve. The workout room was small but had an upright bike which I prefer over a recumbent bike. The location was fantastic - close to the interstate and also very close to a nice running trail. I definitely plan to stay here again!”
