“Awesome spot. Lea and Anna were very accommodating when we had to change our guest numbers last minute. Had everything our family needed. Kids loved the pool and my wife and I loved the private dock outback at night. The outside of Sand n Sea lit up at night with cool colored lights that give an old school feel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cool inside our suite. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful location. We will definitely be back!!!”

“Very nice place. The only thing when we stayed was a grouchy yank tenant that acted like he owned the place had his nose all up in our business. We even got over in the sand dune path to be nice and let him by and all he could say was mumbo jumbo about not stepping off the path. Ha some people need a life.”

On the southern tip of Clearwater Beach, Chart House offers a quiet Mecca out from the busy downtown area, yet close enough to walk to. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sit by the bay and watch the boats or on the extra large balconies and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We are definitely going back. John and Mary Ann”

“This restaurant offered a diverse menu that we were able to select from. As a chef, I wanted to grasp what was a popular dish and ordered a dish for myself that brought me back to a comfort home reminder! The fried chicken W/gravy and biscuits. It was delicious and filling. Yet I gravitated to the other plates that were brought to our table and found the Chilean sea bass to be the superior shining light of this restaurants offerings! If you’re in Laguna Beach I strongly suggest stopping here as the appetizers itself are filling enough and delicious also. Having cocktails at the bar was entertaining as the bar staff (Austin and Craig) completed our night with laughter. -Chef-”

“I'm staying for work related reasons and so far everything has been perfect, The lady at the front desk LAURA has been such great help with everything even going out of her way to provide me with some utensils I needed during night hours, answering and explaining some questions I had. Extremely nice and professional, Rooms are like they where upgraded recently no stains or mold anywhere, housekeeping cleans the rooms very well, The tall gentleman that works at the front has also been great and professional. Breakfast is great there's staff nearby that will help you with anything.”

“Excellent hotel! Staff was wonderful from beginning to end! They had so many great personal touches! Rooms were very clean! Bed was a little worn out on one side but everything else was on point. They have great amenities. We had a great stay with our three girls! They had a play place in the sand with a playhouse, play girl, play kitchen and other sand toys. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!”

“This is the place where they have thought of everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Small boutique hotel in Pass-a-grille. Quaint & quiet neighborhood, 1 block to Gulf/beach, walking to restaurants & shops, clean, beautiful property & grounds, room #8 has lots of windows, bright & airy, can see a peek at the Gulf from the room, good AC, ceiling fan, kitchen area, fridge, everything needed, hairdryer. Property has a small pool & a great outdoor grill area, lots of beach chairs & toys to borrow, bicycles were in pretty good condition, parking, nice neighborhood to bike around, a couple of kayaks to borrow too. But the mattress was so so uncomfortable! If it is replaced then true perfection. The room is a good size but the bathroom is tiny with no elbow room. Good for shorties like me. Staff was on site during the day & helpful & friendly. Loved so much and would definitely return here often if the mattress is changed.”

It was almost sound proof couldn’t hear people around us nor traffic on Gulf Blvd. Maintenance man Charlie was fabulous and fixed the two small issues we had on day one. Balcony was enormous & had great ocean views. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I did not get a good room because there was no carpet and the floors were dirty with hair all over. There is a Burger King next door that you can walk to. It is not located on a busy street and there are places to shop nearby. There was hot water on the first of three nights I stayed there, but no diverter on the shower. Bring slippers and a broom, if your room has a hardwood floor. The couch was the most comfortable chair. Feel free to move the desk to face the TV and use the ironing board as an extra table to place items on. The heater worked well at a maximum of 90 degrees. It was nice to have a full-length mirror in the room. Unfortunately, there are no elevators if you didn't pack light. If you are able to bring a DVD player, the button to switch to HDMI 2 is in the back of the TV and not on the remote.”
