“Hello everyone: I connected with Robert of A1 back in February 2020, for a television installation/wall mount, with a soundbar. Robert explained most that I needed to know in our first phone conversation and at that time, we set a date and time for the install. Once I spoke with Robert, I was at ease with the decision I had made with choosing him for the install. On the scheduled date of the install, Robert arrived on time and ready to go. Once he saw the television, he was well aware of the brand and he commenced to explaining more than I probably needed to know about the television. I could've gone with the big box store for the install. But, I probably wouldn't have received the personal service that I received from Robert. The install looks terrific and he took his time to explain key functions before he left. He made sure that everything was clean and picked up before leaving too. Comparing A1 to the big box store's, his price was compatible and their service was excellent. I'd highly recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future.”

“IDK why there aren't any reviews here but should be! My rental process was straightforward, simple, well-detailed, and fully serviced. I was vehicle-upgraded for free as a result of stock availability which I realize is not a huge deal but its a very nice touch and many companies could have debated or challenged upgrade charges, or complicated the process, or simply declined me as a customer. Instead, Hertz on Capital seamlessly made a solution for a short stock problem without any additional trouble to me. They handled my insurance arrangement easily and provided a very nice, perfectly clean SUV for my travel needs. They stayed in touch with a flexible approach for when I needed to return the car based on repairs of my personal car. The exterior of the area/building is definitely not the most welcoming, but "not the cover that counts" - and the employees here and service provided were excellent. I will return there if needed in the future. Thanks all!”

“My husband and I have come here since we started dating. He brings me every year for my birthday. The process was a bit different this time, as they bring all the food to your table instead of you going to the buffet bar. They take all necessary safety precautions as well. The prices haven't changed much, but now they do courses instead of the packages. Food still hot and good as it's always been, just wish they would serve the cinnamon pineapple with the food instead of as a course. Maybe even develop some gravies for the different meats. Also maybe incorporate turkey products on their menu. All in all, enjoyed my birthday, the food and the folks.”

“Today, I had one of the best cleanings, EVER! The issue with my dental health rests with a good cleaning of the gum pockets around each tooth. I only mentioned this once to Jennifer and she got it. I could feel her tracing each gum line around each tooth and in between to perfection. She was aggressive with her technique, which I prefer. “Not only is the coffee great, but this is such a wonderful example of how a local business can bring together a community! The coffee is always delicious and the people are so nice and very helpful if you don't know what you want. They have seasonal drinks that are always great and also sell various baked goods that we love (in particular the pistachio muffin). They support other local businesses by selling coffee beans, aprons, masks, books, foods, etc from other local makers and businesses. They create a real atmosphere of community which is hard to find in this area of Raleigh and they take every precaution possible to keep customers safe while still providing a place to get out of the house. Hope they stay in this location forever!”
